Mine was doing something very similar a couple weeks ago. It would stall at a red light. A can of Seafoam in the gas fixed everything. Obviously for me it was a dirty fuel injector.

If you have no idea where to start, I would take the serpentine belt off and start the engine to see if the noise is still there. Don't let it run long because the water pump won't be turning. If the noise is still there it's inside the engine, if it's gone start checking all the accessories.

Have you tried just resetting the bounce? Hold the button down until it reaches the bottom and keep holding it down for an additional 5 seconds. Then raise the window to the top and hold the button up for an additional 5 seconds. The computer will learn where top and bottom is.

When you remove the factory speakers just cut the connector off of it and use that. Cut as close to the speaker as possible to leave enough wire length to attach to the new speaker. Before you cut anything check the polarity of the factory speaker, they are not marked +/- .

Correct. I have a two ton floor jack and the puck fits snuggly in the cup on the jack so it can't slide out. It sticks up high enough that nothing metal on the jack comes in contact with the car.

I just use a hockey puck as a pad. They're cheap and seem to work
