Got an estimated build date from Karen for October, which is about 2 months max from the order date which puts it in line with what people here expected .
I haven't been told my VIN yet (or heard anything from the dealer lol), should this be available now that I have a build date or a bit longer?

My vin was available 3 weeks after placing the order, so it could be, best bet is to ring the dealer and ask for a update, if it’s in serialisation then he has the vin, Karen would also know if it has the vin

Doesn’t work for my vin, says invalid or no information available. It does come up on ETIS though. Not sure it works for UK cars but interested if it does

Car ordered 03/07/18, the latest information I have from the dealer is a possible build date of 23/10/18. I don't have a VIN yet but hopefully soon. Possibly shaping up to be the mother of all Christmas presents !

They only build UK cars in batches so I think I was lucky with my order timing. Obviously 23/10/18 is the day for the next UK batch

I don't think it will be Christmas, more likely sometime in January

My Order was on 21/08/18 and I have been told estimated build date was sometime in October (23rd is looking likely as the UK date I see!).
I got a call from my Ford dealer yesterday saying he's just been updated to expect the car in February.

EDIT: Still not got a VIN yet either...

My Need for Green has an expected build date of the 23rd of October as well and I officially ordered on the 5th of September. I would like to think it'll be here around the turn of the year. No VIN yet but it should be available soon I would imagine.
