Mustang screen stuck on time/date?

Long story, I got my ford performance procal tune and went to a shop to get it installed. Shop finished downloading the stock file, went to register the voucher code and got already activated error message and wrong email.

They disconnected everything and I drove back home, but the screen is stuck on this, and only the button that blacks it out works. My main screen with the gauges and stuff works, and I can't connect to my phone as well.

Pissed as that ford performance sent me a used code and now my screen doesn't even work

ordered it from levittownford parts so it was ford performance's fault

Did you try pushing the power button on in the middle on the Volume knob?

I would disconnect the battery for 10 mins. Then see.

thanks, I'll try doing that after the sync reset if it still doesn't work tomorrow

Did you try pushing the power button on in the middle on the Volume knob?

honestly forgot, I was randomly pushing all the buttons lol, only button that did anything was the one above the clock button that turns off the screen

thanks everyone, turns out I'm just an idiot, it was just the power button being off. Forgot they have to turn off the radio and everything before getting ready to flash the car lol
