My drivers side headlight is stuck on high beam. Don't know how to get it back up to normal. Wondering what can possibly be wrong with it. Check all the connections with the headlight itself and everything is plugged in.

I am no expert in lighting, but since these are projector headlights and you use the same bulb for both low and high beams, there has to be a servo somewhere in the assembly that either actuates a movable "shield" that moves to allow more light through when high beams are turned on. That may be stuck or just broken. Just take it to the dealership and have them look at it.

These projectors are bi xenon, which basically means the low beam and high beam are produced by one bulb

There is a little shield that blocks some of the light in the low beam position. When you select high beam, the solenoid (black box at the bottom of the pic) energizes and pulls the shield down. This allows full light to project and creates the high beam.

Most likely the solenoid is bad or the pivot for the shield is stuck. Definitely take it to the dealer as you won't be able to fix completely.

You might try smacking the top of the headlight to see if the shield will unstick until you can get to the dealer.
