Looking great. Iphone does do it justice! Just needs those gloss black hood vents now, have they given you an ETA?

I'm looking to install the H-pipe but curious around insurance concerns around increasing the HP (albeit very minor) have you disclosed the mod to your insurance?
Insurance didn’t increase when I declared the mod, they didn’t even charge me an admin fee. A Plan Thatcham branch are awesome

I should get the bonnet vents back over the weekend hopefully !

Minor mod completed today I do this with every car I have, window tints !

Lightest tint on the sides and medium to the rear end result perfection !

Excuse the dirty car it won’t stop raining here at present ! In fact since I’ve had the car end of November it’s practically rained non-stop the whole time I’ve owned the car !

Another weekend and another load of mods !

This time it’s refitting the Carbon Fibre side scoops and new GT350R Carbon Fibre rear spoiler (now it’s finally turned up )

Gave the car a good clean and I have to say that SB3 ceramic coating is insanely good. Really brings out the Pearl in paint shame the iPhone camera doesn’t show this. Looked awesome in the flesh this morning can’t wait for the long hot summer days for this to really shine !

I Took the car to Worcester ETB today to have laser 4 wheel alignment done since the car has been lowered and spaced.

Unsurprisingly the settings were way out so it was money well spent !

It was also a good opportunity to check out the Mishimoto H Pipe installation

Looks great. Which rear spoiler did you go with? Sorry if I have missed the details

Thanks, I went with a GT350R replica. It’s GRP with real carbon fibre skin. The quality is quite good albeit the fitment is slightly out.

I won’t recommend where I purchased it from though as I had so many issues with the delivery I wouldn’t want anyone else to endure that !

Does it screw in the default place if you already have a stock spoiler? How much did you pay?

Not sure as mine didn’t have a stock spoiler so I had to drill my own holes.

One hole is directly inline with the black cap cover underneath the boot lid. Then the other two are to the outside of this hole. Not that this description is of any use to you !

This spoiler was an eBay job and I paid £449 as I wanted a UK based seller who could ship in 3-4 days ! Where in fact it took over a month to eventually turn up with loads of rubbish excuses along the way to justify the delay.

I’m also convinced it’s exactly the same as the cheaper Chinese variants and that I just had to wait until their Chinese order to turn up for them to forward on ! So if you are going to buy one I wouldn’t buy one that’s advertised at £449 on eBay :curse:

That said the finish looks good the fitment on the boot lid is ok not quite perfect but good enough. If you seal round the edge with Sikaflex or equivalent it will mask any slight variance and offer additional strength too.

Only issue is the spoiler didn’t come with any fittings or moreover a template so cue hours of measuring etc. I also actually made my own template by tracing round the mounting piece and punching holes through.

I’m very pleased with the end result and the ‘big wing’ does really give the car a purposeful look. I’m glad I went for this style over the GT350 track pack spoiler which I was contemplating.

So in summary yes to the spoiler no to the seller I used !

I’d be more than happy with either on my drive - you’ve mod’d both excellently :rockon:

But if I had to go for one it would be the red one, purely because I prefer the older shape even though I prefer Orange Fury as a colour.
