Dear All,

I thought you might be interested in my and Badhand from Mustangforum.uk latest project - project Hell Rasier - so named for two reason - to follow on from BH's previous mustang "hell yeah" and because we are both back from the dead.

We are taking a ex 69 mustang drag car and sprinkling an s550 engine, tremtec gearbox and IRS to build this piece of awesomeness. Time line, dependent on budget and talent but getting it right!

The concept is simple make the best mustang track car period. Quite a tall order, but we have lined up some guys with serious racing pedigree and some great help from other Forum members to help with chassis design and other bits. If you are interested happy to post updates here

What was the delivered cost on engine out of curiosity and who supplied?

Is it just a stock Coyote? Will you be staying NA or going FI?

The engine and box were already in country, failed land rover conversion project. Cost wise was very reasonable as it is the whole kit and caboodle - ancillaries etc.

At the moment the engine plan is wide open... We are focussing on chassis first.

Regarding styling - it is pro touring, RWB / RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF and inspired by Agent 47's harbinger

Thanks Turbot. Didn't really feel I fitted in here, not owning one of those beastly s550 things, but now I'm gathering bits of them, hacking them up and putting them to better use, I might drop in every now and then.
