Hello everyone, I need to replace the BCM in my 2020 Mustang GT convertible. I've gotten a used BCM. I wanted to get a brand-new one, but they are backordered in the whole country, so I decided to get a used one. The technician that was helping me with the diagnostic and programming told me it's not possible to use a used BCM for some reason, but I have been asking around a lot and most of the answers I get are that it is possible to program a used BCM; even a Ford technician told me that it was okay to use a used BCM. Well, I would like to know if any of you know the steps to programming a BCM via forscan, and that would help me a lot. I'm not a ForScan expert, but I'm not stupid, so I know I can handle something like programming a BCM; I've never done it before, and I don't want to mess it up.
