MPT Tune Officially out

Just got a chance to test out the tune over the weekend. In D it's crisp and smooth. I no longer have the hard downshift problem at 30 mph. Took her out on the highway, thought I was going 80 and didn't realize I was doing 120 haha. She had a lot more left in her but didn't want to push it too hard since reading about the flywheel or driveshaft breaking around this speed? Can anybody confirm?

Driveshaft..but we have the same as the gt...so i dont believe that bs. Had mine to 135 0 vibration

I just ordered a SCTx4 from MPT with 5 tunes help me pick my 5. 2015 mustang fastback v6 auto 3.55 rear 235/50r18 tires no other mods will be made. I run 87-89 gas mostly but will try 91-93 tunes for fun..my thinking..

93/91/87-89/ PR-X Performance Tunes for 3 of them
87-89/ PR-X Performance Tune Stock Trans: for easier shifting
87-89 Perf-Econ for highway and trips
What would you do I have never had a tuned modern car but older GTO Corvettes etc

OK, We finally got a break in the weather and some good dry streets so i went and did some track apps. With the 87-89 PRX tune went 5.5 0-60mph and 13.9 at 102mph in the 1/4 mile. It seems that the top end has not been improved much but lower rpm torque, throttle response and shift firmness has made a definite improvement. I went from a previous best of 5.8 and 14.3. All the runs were made on the same exact road. I would think the 93 tune should pick up the times another tenth or two. Thanks MPT for some great tunes. Can't wait for spring so I can try out the 93 and E30 tunes!

I finally had a chance to install my MPT tunes. I'm running the prx 93 right now and through the learning period. In my 7 mile in traffic drive home the bog from a stop is gone, the car feels much lighter and shifting is greatly improved, it feels like it shifts when you would want it to. The downshift is effortless. I'm going to take it easy, should have enough "break in " miles by Saturday to comment on hard acceleration even though the car feels like it wants to stretch its legs. Difficult to resist the temptation lol.

stock tune 93 octane.. 0-60 ..5.7.. 1/4 mile.. 14.0 101 MPH
MPT 93 PR-X 0-60 ..5.3.. 1/4 mile.. 13.7 101 MPH

how much of a difference in performance between the 87prx and the 93prx? anybody try both back to back?

Just got my 93pr-x installed, manual 3.15ratio, JLT intake, testing today. But driving to work and back. It sounds great, and seems more alive. I will post my results its 40° high today.

The problum is all the information in the SCTx4 is from his VIN # so in till you can download your stock info it of no use. If you load any program in your ECU you'll will not be able to return your car to stock. Also were did the programs come from (ie) unleashed, MPT, SCT preload, BAMA?
