Hello Procharger aficionados. Now that I have driven my Procharged Mustang GT for about 400 miles, I like it so much that I have some additional questions.
My kit was/is the HO complete kit that has Procharger's tune which is included and the tuner which is an Ngauge.
The car starts accelerates, shifts and drives just great. I am super impressed. The IAT has not risen more than 8 degrees or so under several back to back WOTs. However in idling stop and go may rise 15 degrees more than ambient air temp.
This makes me wonder if I could put a smaller pulley and injectors and make another 50-100 HP or so with the same intercooler. I realize I likely will also need a custom tune from, say, PBD.
What do any of you think?

Depends on how close you are to the limit of the fuel you are using.

You are certainly not limited by your intercooler at this point. What size pulley do you have? Do you have easy access to E85? P1SC Head unit I assume?

P1x with helical gears. I measured just now and it looks like 4.5 inches but that's not actual as I saw the pulley is supposed to be measured inside the rim where the belt is. So maybe 4.25 or so. I don't want to use e85. 91 minimum octane . I did put ngk 6510 plugs in when I did the install.

Im running a P1X HO 6 rib kit. 1050x injectors. Stage 2 Intercooler. Before I went E, I was tuned on 93 through Lund at 12lbs 3.75 pulley. Now I’m on E at 15lbs with a 3.40.

You're probably only seeing 6-7 psi. Even pump gas can handle more than that. The size of the pulley is etched into the back of it. (the side facing the blower). Regardless, you will need to retune if you want more boost, so reach out to Palm Beach or Lund and tell them what you have, and they will tell you what is going to be possible with your setup.

Take it to the track. When i was on p1sc, pump 93 and stock engine, car went 9.80 at 141. 685whp on the dyno. Thats a pretty good gauge for comparison.

I want to. The only thing I’ve done at the track was rolls and it trapped 142. MT82. Stock suspension so I have some work to do before I dig it. I have some BMR parts waiting to go in just waiting on the lockouts which are on back order. And of course axles. To scared to slip the clutch on radials.

You are at the 680-690 whp range based on trap

Interesting. I would’ve assumed higher than that. Especially on E at 15-16lbs.
