I think .25 plug gap is too tight.When u gap a plug that tight it can effect idle.My maf is in my intercooler and my car idles fine.

With my twin turbos I set my gap to .022” and it idles smooth as can be.

I have the D1X kit with the id1050x injectors and a JMS bap. Every time the car sits for a while (5+hrs or so) it has a rough start with spitting and popping. If it’s really cold, I get a P061B code and it’ll may or may not shutoff. It will do this for about 30-45 seconds then clear up. I was told my check valve in my fuel line may be leaking. Anyone else had this issue?

Mine never has a problem at cold start, it only happens once it’s warm.

i have basically the same set as you (op) and i have no such issues..log it and send it for the fixes, if your tuner cant fix it, get another tuner..
