Please let us know and I’ll add it to our spreadsheet.
I can confirm this works

Using Forscan to enable cornering light with turn signal and at low speeds with just the steering wheel

BCM 726-26-01 change to xxxx x1xx xxxx

In forscan in the predetermined options you can toggle there is a slot for digital speedo but when I enabled it, it said it was an invalid configuration

Can you explain what this does? Thanks, I’ll add it to our FORSCAN spreadsheet once I understand better what this setting affects.

Yeah sure at night with your dipped lights on, when your below a certain speed if your turning the wheel left or right the fog lights turn on in that direction I. E. Left fog when turning the wheel left.

Or when indicating the fog light comes on I. E. right indication with right fog

These are fairly common on EU cars and referred to as cornering lights they light up the road ahead your turning into. Some vehicles have a dedicated light for this others use the fog lights.

Hope this helps. I'll try and get a video recorded to demonstrate

Nice...I’ll have to see if this works on my US-spec car too.

Thanks

Video Demo here, you'll have to excuse the apparent flickering just the gopro picking up on the refresh rate of the LEDs but to the human eye it fades in and fades out.

Is the ELM327 incapable of reading IPC and ABS modules? These options are not appearing when I connect
Does your ELM have a switch? If not its only reading the HS-CAN 1 bus. You need the switch to enable reading the HS-CAN 2, 3, and MS-CAN. IPC and ABS are on HS-CAN 2

I'm having a problem getting forscan to change anything. I have made changes in the past and it worked great. I tried today and every time I try to access a module it says voltage too low. Voltage must be 11.6 and yours is 11.5. The voltage on my Lund ngauge shows 12.3 and I have checked it with a multimeter and it shows 12.3. Any ideas what is going on?

I had something similar...I had to put a charger on my battery as I did the programming...sitting over the winter had drained my battery a tad. Once I had the charger on for 30 minutes, everything programmed as normal.

The voltage always differs between the car's built-in gauge and the one on my radar detector.

I almost always hook up a battery maintainer when I'm playing around with FORScan.

I started the car and made changes using forscan. Didn't have any adverse effects.

Make sure you're running the latest version. It seems to be more lenient on voltage then it used to be. Just start the car for a minute then try again. Otherwise put the battery on a charger while making modifications.

Redline 720-04-02 XXXX **XX 0X = 6500 RPM 12 to 17 = 7400 RPM These seem to be the only two options. I do not know what else this sets.
32

After looking at the 18 redline not sure how this would translate to the 15-17. Instead of 0X it is 00 for 6500 so not sure if you can set it to 7400 rpm for mycolor on 15-17 cars.

It has a switch but when I switch it the other way it gives me an error message when I try to connect

Just watched some YouTube videos and feel a little more comfortable with the thought of messing with this stuff. Ordered a connector thingy and I'll be digging around in there this weekend. =)

First mission, disable stupid double honk when exiting my car.
