Yeah. And the rates of both of those springs are still pretty soft. It won't be too stiff and it will ride well with a good dampers as you stated. The car gets equal looking tire to fender gaps with a slight rake. The wheel wells are different front and rear.
Both will ride well with a good damper. I'd recommend upgrading if you increase the spring rate more than the BMR does. Need? Matter of preference, but it will ride and handle better with a damper with better matched forces.
Awhile back you suggested the bilsteins for great street manners and handling ability. I'm going with those. The entrance to my place has a rather large speed bump so I will have to check if a .8 front drop coupled with a slightly smaller front tire diameter will be ok. 275s are -.4" and 285 are -.1". 275s and bmr would be a 1.075" front dropThe car gets equal looking tire to fender gaps with a slight rake. The wheel wells are different front and rear.

I’m curious why you asked because I have some odd rear end noise that developed after 1500 kms with my BMR763 springs. Even after putting in the J&M shock mounts, it’s still there but different and not as clanking or awful. When I installed the springs I made sure they’re seated properly in the spring isolators and lined up correctly. A reputable shop did a properly alignment and indexed the bushings. Are the BMR's squeaking/clanking yet?
For me it was 100% the springs. Went back to stock, problem solved. Currently have some Steeda Dual Rate Ultimate Handling Springs. Just waiting on some Ford Performance FR3 Track front/rear strut/shocks.Makes me wonder if it’s the springs
Rear springs? What was your sound like? For me it was 100% the springs. Went back to stock, problem solved. Currently have some Steeda Dual Rate Ultimate Handling Springs. Just waiting on some Ford Performance FR3 Track front/rear strut/shocks.
Gonna leave me hangin or ?? ;)I would not recommend that combination. It'll be underdamped.
front clank, rear squeak.Rear springs? What was your sound like?
I’m at a loss. I thought the J&M mounts and Eibach rear bump stops would sort the issue out but it must be something else. I’m sick of digging around the rear end of this car. Gonna have to throw it up on jack stands and check the springs, end links and whatever else it could be. Such a piss off.I'd be surprised.
Are you in the coyote mustang canada FB group? I made a post about it sometime ago.I’m at a loss. I thought the J&M mounts and Eibach rear bump stops would sort the issue out but it must be something else.
Nope. Could you PM me a link? Are you in the coyote mustang canada FB group? I made a post about it sometime ago.
BMR minimum drop springs. Now that I've had my wheels for a bit, I think I do want to go ahead with a slight drop. I want to keep drivability and don't want to go too low, just want to close up the wheel gap a bit. Currently thinking of either the BMR SP763 or the Steeda Minimum Drop Springs. Steeda looks like it'll be an even half inch drop all around, and BMR is half inch rear and 7/8" in the front.
Any opinions or personal experience with either of these two?
