You have a dyno sheet of your car making that power on the stock motor/turbo?Have you considered going full bolt ons? I used to have an ecoboost, you can make 380-390 whp reliably on stock motor

This is on pump gas as well, 93, no additives, i believe 27 psi max. I think 30-35 psi will blow the stock turbo housingYou have a dyno sheet of your car making that power on the stock motor/turbo?
The tuner was from speedperformance in new jersey, but i think hes since retired tuning to take over his fathers business, kinda sucks as he was absolutely the best for the ecoboost/mazdaspeed platform, they regularly made 700-750whp setupsYou have a dyno sheet of your car making that power on the stock motor/turbo?
Funny that other tuners want race gas to go past 350 and they say the limit of the stock turbo is 380whp but you're doing this on 93 and spinning to 7100rpm holding the HP solid until then? This is on pump gas as well, 93, no additives, i believe 27 psi max. stock turbo, motor had forged internals but that was due to a racechip blowing my original motor and a used motor coming with a bent rod. My tuner runs all his ecoboosts fbo stock motors to about this power on stock motors, however this is basically the max for a healthy stock motor. Anything 400whp or more more requires forged rods and pistons, up until 500whp. Then the 2.3 block cracks and the solution is a 2.0 block bored out for 2.3L

Looks whos ignoring data nowFunny that other tuners want race gas to go past 350 and they say the limit of the stock turbo is 380whp but you're doing this on 93 and spinning to 7100rpm holding the HP solid until then?
Something's fishy!
Very true, an old motor wont be happy but a new one will.A tuner told me they'll max at 350 on some cars and go over 400 on others, depending on what they see while running it on their dyno. I think there's a degree of variability from one engine to another. While this might be a design issue (they're built to run at stock specs), it's also probably due to the age, condition, maintenance, and what mods are installed.
you're just making way way more power than anyone else on 93 and stock turboLooks whos ignoring data now
Jokes aside, nothing fishy. I built it myself, put every part on myself, and was there for the dynotune process. I had a lund email tune, which claimed it made 350whp. I get it
but look him up, tunedbynishan
Hes a god on tuning ecoboosts, hes verywell known and used to work closely with speedperformance in nj
i was as surprised as you, but thats what it made. It actually made 430whp but he dialed it down as i soley street drive my cars aggresively, and never look for a max hp rating, just whatever i can max while staying for the most part reliable
i will add in, i did 27k miles on this setup with only sparkplugs, oil, and nothing ever going wrong, not even a missfire.
tuners dont tune ecoboosts, theres not enough a market so people arent as familiar to push them and find what works. This tuner did
the early gen ecoboosts had different cylinder lining issues, the rods are weak as hell in these cars, and ultimately people with ecoboosts typically dont maintain perfect maintenence, which for ecoboosts is a huge issue. They love fresh good oil, i ran castrol edge 10w40 in mine and always changed at 4000-4500 miles. Every ecoboost even v6 has issues with people doing 8k+ oil intervals
also, ive never heard of someone saying 380whp is max for turbo, people have made runs at 35 psi, yes one time drag runs, but they did it. Up to 30psi ish is completely fine for the turbo
I've read about him and wish he was closer to me. When were you tuned? Trying to determine if it was pre or post Project Greenspeed (Cobb's CARB compliance program). Pro tuners can't do everything post that they could pre... I think the change occurred around April 2022, iirc.Looks whos ignoring data now

I dont drag race so i dont have any metrics as far as times go, i can just give you a psi amount and the dyno on tuning dayyou're just making way way more power than anyone else on 93 and stock turbo
what did it run in the 1/4?
This guy is on meth and e40 and his power curve doesn't even match up with yours. Your claiming almost 500 torque.

I'll let other EB owners chime in if they want
I was tuned before the epa stuff with cobb, i think literally a month before they made their first round of changes years ago. I tuned sometime during mid/end of covid times for a time reference, i dont remember the datesI've read about him and wish he was closer to me. When were you tuned? You should have smoked all of them with that much power.I dont drag race so i dont have any metrics as far as times go, i can just give you a psi amount and the dyno on tuning day
im not claiming anything, this is directly from my tuner. I dont own the car anymore so i cant get you more data on it either
but this is what it ran, and ive out pulled on na coyotes or ran even with them depending on their mods under 110mph on the street
if you dont believe me, do some youtube research on speed performance, im sure they have loads of videos of different setups making the power
From a dig sure, but remember im roll racing from 40-60 mph on the highwayYou should have smoked all of them with that much power.
All stock if i remember correctlyWhat fuel system did you have?
