A lot of times south Florida won’t cooperate with the weather I need. Figured if i can’t have cold air naturally I’ll force it with some Methanol. Car is a P1sc on E85 and system will be triggered with a Hobbs switch at around 4-5psi. Looking just enough methanol to cool the charge but not throw off my AFRs. Right now kit came with a #5 nozzle which is 375ml/min or 5.94GPH. Is that too much? Should I do a #3 or 4? Also what do you spray, boost juice? Mix of something else? Thanks

I use 50/50 and mix my own from pure methanol. One thing I've learned is too much meth will hinder power without any other noticeable affects. I've gone from 20 GPH single nozzle now down to 7, and less is better for power so far. I'm putting a 4 gph nozzle on and hitting the dyno next spring to see what it gets.

I'm running dual 16gph nozzles with an AEM controller. I went with what was recommened by AIS/Pro-meth for 1000+whp. When my car was making 600-700whp I was running dual 10gph nozzles.

I know Rodney from way back when he was AIS, and I did some testing for him with Kenne Bell on my 92 coupe. It was his theory that twin screw and PD rotor packs needed much more meth than centis SC's, but with my experience on my 2015 Whipple setup more meth only hurt power for. 20 GPH single nozzle netted 730 wheel and 7 gph made 785 with 93. WIth meth injection there is a sweat spot that can only be found with repeated dyno tests to find what amount makes max power on you setup.
