So i have a 2023 GT. No performance pack. Its got the night pony pack with the 5 spoke wheels. Stock it has 255’s all around. Which is no where near enough tire. Spins 2nd and 3rd. But i was wondering what the biggest tire i could fit on it without changing wheels. Ive heard the stock wheel is a 9 inch wheel. Also a 9.5. However im not sure what it is. If anyone has any info. Or possibly any good tire/wheel recommendations that would help

I think i had the same wheels and they're 8.5" wide. I wouldn't put anything bigger than 255s on there. Putting a bigger tire on there will make your squishy GT feel even squishier when cornering.

If you're dead set on keeping them, tire compound > tire width. Throw some good rubber on there over the (im assuming) terrible all seasons you have and it should make a huge difference.

You can run a 275 on either the 9 or 9.5 widths. If the wheels are 8.5 then you need wider wheels to properly run wider tires. If you buy new wheels, may as well buy somethig at least 10" wide.
