Exactly! I've been driving sticks for the better part of 20yrs. I've also been t-boned on a motorcycle by a car doing 60mph. And as I age, my leg reminds me of this incident more and more each day. I decided this time I'd buy an automatic, because I plan on keeping the car for a long time and I'd like to enjoy it in the future.

People shouldn't judge others based on personal preference. I respect all rides that people have put time, energy and thought into. Even if it's not a brand or style of vehicle I'd own myself.

I have to wonder if the manual fans have even test driven the auto in Sport+ mode. It is terrific! (Yes I test drove both extensively. So good that I chose it over the PP option, and it will cost me $$$ to build the car to PP specs aftermarket.)

Hi Jeepx03. we are lucky i guess in New Zealand in that we get almost no options but standard is PP with AT or MT and premium trim, black wheels etc. tom

Well I'm 60 years old , Banging gears when I was in my teens into my 40s was fun... My brain still thinks I'm 18 so I got a M6 3.31 gears ...I have gone 11s with my 2015 Mustang so I can still shift pretty darn good .. But thinking back I wish I had got a Auto with 3.55 gears ... Not that I think a auto is faster because I don't ..It's just because I'm stuck in traffic so much it gets old real fast having to shift all the time ..Where I live 9 miles will take you 45 mins .. 2017 I will trade mine in and get a auto...

Last year I bought a 2015 GT/PP. Last month I sold it back to the dealer. I live in California and with heavy traffic, the manual took all the joy out of driving the car. I absolutely hated rowing throught the gears over and over again. I ordered a 2016 GT Auto!
