Manual Conversion

I searched and found 1 thread on this topic. Realize it a crazy amount of money but has anyone done it or knows of a conversion done? I’m ready to by a ‘21 GT500 but the DCT is my hang up.

I haven’t. I realize at the track, there’s little chance beating a DCT. I simply don’t want an auto trans on this otherwise amazing car.

You're better off supercharging a GT or 350 if you want a manual supercharged car.

My wife has a ‘18 GT 350. I thought about getting a 2nd one but I wanted something different.

HPJ in Belleville IL has converted a few to manual. They’re the only garage I’ve seen offering it but it’s a pile o’ cash.

Well, buying a car this expensive + tearing out the factory tranny is proof of crazy.

There ya go. It's your car and it's your money -- if you're comfortable with unloading a pile of cash to get what you want (and have an experienced garage doing the work....)

The GT500 has an auto? All this time I thought it was a DCT.

There’s no reason to buy a 500 and yank the dct. Just boost the 350. They’re amazing with an fi setup. Great for straight line and having fun, big time handfull on a track. Thst said the 500 and the dct are an engineering master piece.
