Ill try! Have a good dayAlright, well best of luck!
...Or get pulled over all the time.Mountain driving is so fun, just have to be careful of other drivers and road conditions so you don't end up at the bottom of a ditch.
Wyoming has more cows than people. Im not super worried about cops....Or get pulled over all the time.
I had lots of fun in the mountains, when I was stationed in New Mexico.
The last time I got pulled over there, the cop wrote me a ticket for 58 in a 45 zone.
He measured my speed with radar, on a curve and I know that makes a radar gun less accurate.
Nevertheless, I resisted my impulse to go "Bullshit, I was going 65."![]()
That was another hazard in NM.Wyoming has more cows than people...
And they dont moooove :(That was another hazard in NM.Coming around a blind curve and seeing a cow in the road.
Nope. Cows there, and geese here, just assume you won't hit them. And they don't moooove :(

Maybe!Nope. Cows there, and geese here, just assume you won't hit them.
I've been told: Don't honk at cows, and don't put your hand out the window and bang on your door. That's likely how their owner calls them to eat.
But you might get them out of the road if you approach on foot, waving your arms and shouting at them.
I've seen someone do it, but never tried it myself.
Get yourself a nice radar detector. It will pick up the radar signal bouncing around in the canyons, long before the cop gets a valid return. Usually, mine will pick them up at least 2 turns before I see them lurking in the shadows. Some of those small mountain community cops have nothing better to do than hand out speeding ticketsMaybe!

Derr and antelope are everywhereDeer here too. When they see you coming, they just have to get to the other side of the road.
But hey, at least you don't have air polution, due to the 100mph sustained winds up there.Derr and antelope are everywhere![]()
