Made the switch from 93 to E85

Any insights on install? I was going to put my kit in shortly, before I put on my headers and paxton. I see fore system install threads.

It very easy to install , the hard part is removing the lock ring for the fuel pump ...You need BIG hammer and a few different sized chisels to remove the locking ring ... Best to do these when your fuel level is pretty low ( less mess ) Every thing is includes , lines , AN fittings , Regulator ,Pressure gauge custom fuel rail adapter , E85 fuel hoses, fuel pump relays and wiring and so on .. We did the hole thing in 2 hours ..Most of that time was spent removing and reinstalling the locking ring ..

Update ...Wow i'm very happy with the switch to E85 First pass butt dyno bells went off ... Dang this thing pulls hard on E85 ... Best pass of 3 passes I got in tonight

Procharger HO kit with a 3.50 pulley ( stock was 3.70 pulley )
Mak cat deletes
Sai Li twin pump return system , E85 fuel , ID 1000 injectors

Pretty sure the 6.45 1/8 number will put me in the high 9s in the 1/4 mile

I don't have a boost gauge , so my best guess would be 10 to 11 PSI ..The stock pulley was 3.70 and that should have been 8 to 9 psi ..The 3.50 I put on is two sizes smaller and Procharger said one size is about one pound gain ...So I should be 2 pounds over the stock HO kit ?

Thank you ... I felt I would fall short and run a low 10 and that would have been ok too.. But to know I can hit a high 9 makes me feel even better lol

Awesome gains, and absolutely what I normally see on an E85 switch.
(always 50-100+ HP)

I have heard tuners tell people they will only gain 20 ish HP and its not worth it. Which absolutely blows my mind. You can easily get away with about as much boost and timing on pump E85, as you can on say true 110 leaded race fuel. (and thats being easy on it)

I purchased mine from Sai too and installed it over the weekend. It makes a huge difference and Sai's kit was easy to install. I like the fancy stuff (braided line, Fragola fittings and a fancy fuel hat), but this kit works and makes it super easy, especially for the money. Sai and I did some trading for the system and install and tune , so I didn't ask him what the price of the kit was .. I can say it's a great kit ,all top shelf parts and a ton less money that the fore kits I have seen posted ..

I hear sai li's are in the 900 range. FORE stage 1 is 1300 ish.

For those who have done the sai Li System is he using a module to control the pumps or just running them all the time

From what I've heard it's better to only turn on additional pumps when needed
