  1. 2018 GT, okay to boost the car with the tick and rattle?

The "tick and rattle paranoia" is actually piston slap.. so it's a real thing.. I'm shocked that Ford has not done a recall on it yet.
  2. Headers without defening loudness?

Buy the cheap H or X from lethal.. cut it and weld in 2 SLP resonators.. It makes the sound more crisp and quieter.
  3. ARP / MMR Harmonic Balancer Bolt & Support Washer Kit

exactly.. I regret my MMR damper and I'll be replacing it soon.
  4. Paxton 2200SL Continued issues

It sounds like a vacuum line issue. I use VIBRANT vacuum line.. I forgot which one but its bigger than the -4an line.
  5. Bobs autosport oil separator

You just have to cut the lines to the proper length but Bobs has a really nice catch can. I'd buy the can without the lines and make them yourself.
  6. 2016 Mustang Gt 6r80 swap

I kept my manual rear end and just bought a shaft masters ds with a manual rear connector. They will build it for you, same price as a regular one. If you replace the yoke, you run into the chance of unloading the bearing. It's a risk I didn't want to take.
  7. Coolant leak - head gasket?

I just found the same issue with mine when I swapped my transmission out. I did switch over to a boss 302, so I was thinking I might have broke a coolant line. I found coolant on the top of my cylinder head by the injectors, so I don't think its a head gasket failure. I'm going to check...
  8. Lost Compression in cyl 7&8 Mystery Solved!

Great choice on the setup. Who built the shortblock?
  9. MT82 to 6R80 Swap

What's the options on your car? Premium/PP?
  10. MT82 to 6R80 Swap

Sorry.. I meant the wiring harness. I bought everything through https://parts.autonationfordwhitebearlake.com/ just like KCC did. I got into contact with Mike R, he's the mustang guy there. He looked up my vehicle wiring harness and found the one for the car, but in automatic.
  11. Vortech JT or Hellion Twins?

I'm in the same boat as you right now. Here's my plan.. I'm switching to a 6R80. I just ordered my circle d converter and waiting for the swap kit to come in. I'm going to buy rods/pistons for $1500 which will put me at 1000whp for the shortblock. I'm still not sure which unit to switch out to...
  12. Paxton and e85 questions

With the S/C, you'll need a fuel system if you're going to run E85. The BAP can only handle increase fuel for 93. Swap out the clutch if you have slipping issues. DO NOT buy the RXT, unless you want to buy a new MT82. Buy the RST and enjoy no slipping and not breaking the transmission.
  13. Best mpg on e85

    6-7mpg, mostly city driving.
  14. Diy rear seat Delete

Yeah, he owns CM Components.. Great guy! USMC Veteran, mustang owner and will go the extra mile for anyone. The top one is my car, profab built chromoly roll bar. :ford:
  15. Ramps

Make them out of some wood. I know the plastics that they use are very strong and probably have inside support, but wood is pretty cheap.
  16. Coincidence or ??

With knowing that now.. I don't think the pump wiring is the issue. The only wiring the installer should of done was, fusing together a few wires at the fuel pump wiring harness and running a power wire to the fuse box. It sound's like something else is causing an issue, unrelated to the fuel...
  17. MMR customer service.......

Tons of other places to order from than MMR.. I did buy their DAMPER/OPG but it was in stock at another retailer. The MMR Damper failed on me (AC pulley seperated from the damper after a couple thousand miles). They said it was my fault and they wouldn't cover anything. The tech support guy even...
  18. Diy rear seat Delete

Jason Lopez makes a really nice one and it's not expensive! He does custom logos and everything. Here's the one he built for my car.. and here's his badass mustang. Some big companies have picked him up, which wasn't his intention.. but Lethal, Steeda and some others.. Top quality...
  19. Coincidence or ??

This is probably your issue.. two different ways to wire the pumps.
