Hey guys,

So I managed to get some prices for the options on the Mach 1. Unfortunately, there’s no information yet on the handling package, but everything else for the most part has prices released

Base price: $51,720
700a: $1,595
Recaro leather sport seats: $1,595
10 speed automatic trans: $1,595
Mach 1 elite package (B&O sound system, security package, etc.) $1295
Red brake calipers: $495
Voice activated navigation: $595
Appearance package: $995
Handling package: $3500

At those prices you could hit $60k even without the Handling Package.

True, but keep in mind, appearance package makes red calipers unavailable, and handling package makes the 10 speed auto unavailable

Really, if you’re looking for a GT350 competitor, the cloth interior with Recaros will get you there for almost $10k less after ADM (Depending on what the handling package costs, of course). That’s not an awful deal in my book... definitely not as good as I was hoping for, but still most likely going to be doable for me

Yep, haha! Getting a GT is starting to look way more attractive for me..especially since I can save a bunch of money and have fun with mods!

If I were buying (which I'm not), my base Mach with A10 and red calipers is pushing $54K. I'd probably want the 64S wheels too, so $55Kish.

Yikes.

I priced out a GT Prem, 401A, PP1 with all options and it's about $3K less than a loaded base Mach 1. The GT does give you more interior color options and it would make a great car too. I've paused some to think it all through. It's really not the money, but, reality of what you get for your money and what your needs are. I'm not tracking any Mustang. Mine..which will be my 12th Mustang, is a street, fun car. My '19 GT, Cal. Spec. car with wheels, full Magnaflows w/Active exh, Injen CAI, no tune need with it...best CAI on market,
and some other minor things.....I get tons of looks, thumbs up, people telling me they like my car....and it sounds Sooooo good. The street version Magnaflows sound so much better than the factory system...and that's with the Active Exh. The growl is always deeper and more V8 like. Used many times on my 'Stangs.
I like the 10 spd auto with the rev match. Sounds cool when slowing down, breaking.
Either in "D" or using paddles. Gets attention from the the other "bad boys" on the streets! LOL!

Heck, I could even switch up hotter looking wheels, put red Brembos on mine and call it a "go!" Only have 1,200 miles on it. Could sit in showroom. Lot's to think about. My Mach 1 priced out came to: $59,390 with Del......and there would be no mark up. That didn't scare me away....just made me "think about other possibilities." I think after reading many others here and other places, that the "sticker shock" is hitting many folks.

What gas guzzler tax?? Is that a Chicago or Illinois thing? It's not a Federal issue for the Mach 1.

When you said "Potty Trained" that did it for me...how much?? LOL!! My wife wants another dog....I said, only if it's potty trained. Not going through that any more! She wants a Yorkie....I'm willing, but, there is that one caveat and she knows it. So, IF anyone knows of a Yorkie, under 1 yr old, that is trained....I'm looking! LOL! Got to keep the wife happy.

Base price: $51,720
700A Pack $1,595
Recaro Seats: $1,595
10 Speed Auto: $1,595
Mach 1 Elite: $1,295
Voice Navigation: $595
Appearance Pack: $995
Destination: $1,195
Total MSRP: $60,585

That's a pretty hefty price tag for a Mustang, even a little higher than I expected. This is not the Mach 1 I would build but there have been a lot of people posting that they want an automatic Mach 1. I was hoping that a loaded Tremec manual with Handling Package would be $57k but I don't see that happening after seeing these prices. The Handling Package is going to have the swing with Gurney flap and adjustable strut plates from the 2020 GT350/GT500 Base along with GT350 width rims and GT350R width/spec tires. I would guess the Handling Package is going to be $2,995-3,995. That would put this Handling Package build at $61,985-62,985.

Honestly, I think the biggest issue here is just the fact that the Recaros aren’t the base seats. This is being touted as the “most track capable 5.0 Mustang ever”, there’s no reason the Recaros shouldn’t have been standard
