Worst case if you get Recaros and want to change it out, you can add heated and cooled seats pretty easily as well. It’s pretty much plug and play. Nothing irreversible has to be done either way for either adding Recaros, or adding heated and cooled seats, vise versa.

No programming changes needed? Does the infotainment control the air on the seats? I cant remember, it's been a few years since I had a mustang with comfort seats?

Hello Mach 1 Team,
I have had my 2017 GT since 2019. Its been an awesome car and ive modified the heck out of it. Making 800+Wheel on E85. It is a 6R80 Automatic. This was the first automatic mustang ive ever owned and I bought it because at the time almost 7 years ago I was doing a lot of drag racing. Well fast forward through COVID and all the other changes 2 of the 3 local tracks have closed up and ive barely drag race it at all anymore. I love my car but I have been kind of missing driving a fun MANUAL car. Ive always loved Mach 1s since they came out, so I am beginning my research on possibly selling my 2017 for a Mach 1. My biggest thing is I like my cars to have ALL THE OPTIONS, you know fully loaded and top of the line. What do they call this package on the newer Mach 1s? How does everyone like the Manual Transmission on their Machs? I hear its a great transmission.
Interested in your car. Let us know when you post it up for sale. Thanks.

I think it’s so cool when someone on here finds a car they like right here.
I will tell you that if you decide to go new, check out zack@Granger on here. Without them, I wouldn’t have gotten my Mach 1 and the entire process was easy.

@BrakeFade ykno what you’re right, I looked back and it is kind of a bitch to switch seats either way you take… I guess I am glad I got the Recaros to start

I would consider my '23 M1 fully loaded with "most" options (MSRP was close to $68K) - but I do have the Tremec - and I love it. I also have the leather Recaro's as well. I really did want the heated and cooled "Ford" seats, but to be honest, having to manually adjust and no heat - or cool - is non issue for me. Longest drive so far non stop - was 300+ miles on a hot day (I did briefly stop for fuel) and both my wife and I agree the Recaro's are very comfortable and interior seat heat was not an issue, but we do live in the upper Midwest. Also the leather Recaro's look great !!!
Bought my 23 new that summer from a dealer who had two identical Mach 1s to move - all options but the handling package and rear seat delete. I live in Florida, so the cooled standard seats would have been nice but the price in the Florida market then was too good to turn down.

i’m 6’4 / 190lbs and find the Recaros very comfortable, although my wife would like power seats and more adjustments on the passenger side seat. Having had many manuals in my life, I love the Tremec. I’m in my early seventies but I’ve always been a car guy, and this car brings a smile to my face on every errand or in-state trip.

When you have an auto, you miss a manual. When you have a manual you miss the fast shifting from stop lights.
I do not think I could ever give up the rev matching, just the sounds, of the manual.

I like auto on my BS point a to point b rav 4

All sports cars = manual desire and preferred by me.

The few times I look into f types or sports cars that don't have manuals I always chicken out and head back!!
