Okay so I have a 2015 Mustang GT manual car. It’s a full bolt on car on 93 Octane spraying a 100 wet shot tuned through Lund. I just got the final tune and took it straight to the dyno. I did 5-6 pulls, half NA and the other half Nitrous. It’s on a progressive controller which turns on at 4k, running NGK 6510 plugs gapped to .035”. Mid pull the car is experiencing some sort of “hiccup” NA tune and Nitrous tune. It lost about 12hp on the NA tune when it occurred, it also has a lean spike on the nitrous tune mid pull where my AFR will show mid-low 11s then for a second it will jump to mid-high 12s. The car is pulling 31.3 on timing NA and Nitrous tune, and picked up 70hp max from the 100 shot. The hiccup resembles knock but according to my data log I’m showing no signs of knock unless my sensor was desensitized and they are using that to pull more timing. I’m lost, I’ve emailed them with logs and pictures of the dyno graph and no response. The picture below shows the NA pull as well as a Nitrous pull with the hiccup and hesitation in the beginning.

Can you get a graph that shows AFR?
No obvious sign of the hiccup on the NA graph here.

That 'jump' is what happens when the nitrous engages. Also how can it possibly pull 31 degrees of timing ? Max with 93 on these things is like 25 degrees total NA. Nitrous tune usually 20 degrees globally, or in your case starting at 4K.

I can screenshot my data log it shows 31.3 degrees on NA tune and the Nitrous tune. That hiccup occurred at 6500RPMs it happens randomly throughout the power curve and you can feel the car for half a second or so stop pulling. The nitrous kicks in at 4k.

The hiccup on the nitrous pull is obvious but if it also happens NA I’d strongly suggest figuring that out before spraying it again.
What does AFR do when this happens?
post the actual log. A screenshot of a moment in time does not tell the story.

It’s not letting me post my log, I would screenshot it but then you can’t tell what column is what.

That’s my datazap account. It’s a long log so I apologize but scroll all the way down until you hit I believe it’s 5602 RPM scroll over to saftot and you can see it pulled 31.3 degrees.

You need to post a link to your log.

Is that the N/A log?

It is going from .83 lambda to .85 then back to .83
I don't know if that is how the tune is written, but I wouldn't think so.

I don't see spark advance logged, just knock and it is adding spark so is probably fine.

I don't see anything wrong with the NA log. Its on the rich side that fine, timing may be a little higher than it needs to be, seeing as this is what is going to be used for nitrous. Wont really know till you see the load the nitrous brings it too.

Post your nitrous log, with the hiccup. May just need to go down on the plug gap. 0.025-0.030

Mark I don't know how you expanded that out.
It is hitting 31 degrees of spark but the knock sensors are adding 9

It’s weird, it’s having the hiccup on the NA pulls as well as the Nitrous pulls. But it’s not consistent. Sometimes it will occur at 4k sometimes at 6k, sometimes it won’t even happen. I know when it does happen it normally robs about 15whp
