I did my own and it took about 2 back breaking hours because I'm old. It's not a hard job at all. BMR is a favorite and you couldn't ask for better support than Kelly at BMR. I used the Eibach Sportlines for a bit more lowwwwwzzzzz.

did it myself but a while because i got ancient spring compressors.

Takes about 2~4 hours It seems regardless of lift or jack It seems, It's just way easier on a lift.

I highly reccomend the steeda progressives as well especially for daily driving, I had those on for awhile but now I'm swapping to the CJPP springs because of the stance a more "rake appearance." and see If I like that more.

Spot on, took me 3.5 and i wasn't working hard nor fast but sis have a lift.
The CJPP springs are awesome CJPP won't say who makes them but I saw the markings and know who makes them, Lets just say the springs came home to Germany
