That sucks man, hope you can figure it out. However, from what I was told it seems like it may be a software issue as my cluster is from a 2018 and the feature was not added until 2019. So it may need a firmware flash, this may not be a simple fix. But, maybe, just maybe :)

Because we already have a HUGE tach, and nobody actually looks at the RPM numbers. You fly through the gears at track days. At a glance, it would be handy... It's not that it's required. Obviously we enjoy rowing through gears if we bought the manual.

Oddly enough I ran into this video today. Google knows I've been looking lol... This is a Manual PP1 car, 2019. And, it HAS the option. (11:39 in in case link doesn't take you to it). It HAS to be something else outside the IPC, or SCCM.

Awesome, I'll give that a shot and report back. If you look at the video right around 2:46 you can see the indicator on the bottom left, under the LC icon. Shows the suspension mode, in this case "Normal".

Thanks... However, the ford site states that my car is up to date after I enter my VIN, hmmm. "Your SYNC system (SYNC3 v3.3.19052) is up to date."

My VIN still shows 3.3 (3.3.19052) as the most recent... NA-2019 car. Are you all downloading directly from ford? Thanks
