I checked all the hoses, raised fuel pressure to 50psi at idle, and redid all the wiring too make sure there was no voltage issue. Did two pulls and have logs for both. One with the the config file you sent me and one with the PBD config. I emailed them both to you and PBD. If anyone else would like to see just let me know! I don’t really know what I’m looking at with these logs so I can’t give the best update but it seems like it made a bit of a difference. The logs will tell a better story though.

Has the car sat with e85 in the lines for some period of time? You could try some redline fuel system cleaner to maybe clean the injectors if they got gunked up after sitting for a while.
longest it sat with E in tank was about a week and a half while I was working on the transmission. So I don’t think that’s the issue but wouldn’t hurt to run some of that through the tank I don’t think!

Did you get video of the fuel pressure WOT?

Don't need to see the vid just need to know the number.

The 91 tune looks good as far as fueling. Commanded equals actual.

I couldn’t find a good way to get the GoPro to stay mounted in the engine bay with a light in there to see the guage. I thought about sticking my phone in there but I didn’t want to risk a catastrophe there lol

This whole system was done myself and it was very rough. I took my time when I redid it and found a better ground and a better mount for the fuel pump power wires… looks like it wasn’t getting enough volts?

That would do it.

Do you have an E85 pull? I'd like to see if it supplies enough fuel for that.

I don’t have an E85 pull I’ll have to reflash the E85 file from PBD and switch the fuel over. I’ll work on that after PBD gets back to me because I also sent them these logs. The car is going to live on E so they’ll likely want to switch back as well. Will update!
Thanks a ton for the help!

Update: Working on a 3rd revision of the E85 map with PBD. 91 map came out great and runs strong. E85 still seems to go lean at WOT although not as bad as before. Going out to get logs right now. Will drop them here for anyone that wants to have a look.

Did PBD say to run your fuel pressure at 50psi? My tuner had me set mine at 55 psi after not seeing enough fuel pressure at wot … so just wondering I’m no expert by any means.

Send me the logs, I'd like to see them.
Will do. Got new tires and the shop broke two of my rear passenger wheel studs so i have to deal with that first. Will get to logging as soon as possible.
