Hey all, I've been trying to wrap my brain around this issue but I think it's time to ask for help from people much smarter than I. Working with Palm Beach Dyno to get my car dialed in and car is going lean at wot on every single pull.
2015 GT Premium A6 3.55
Edelbrock 2650 3in pulley (not sure how much boost its making dont have a guage)
Stainless Power 1 7/8" catted headers
GT350 TB with adapter
Stock airbox
NGK 6510 gapped to .024" per PBD recommendation
FIC 1000 95lb/hr
Lethal Performance lvl 1 Return style fuel system ( 2x Walbro F90000274 (465lph High Pressure E85 Approved))
Forged Bottom End 10:1 Comp bored .005 over
Built Trans
Entire build has less than 5k miles on it save for stock heads
Tuning with SCT X4

Anyways, car is going lean at wot and I'm stumped as to why. Have fuel pressure regulator set to 44 psi at idle, both pumps are running, wiring seems correct (ugly and done with butt connectors because I plan to clean it up later but works), no leaks, no kinks, so seems that everything mechanical is solid to the best of my knowledge. I was told that the level 1 would be good for up to 800 wheel horsepower which was perfect for me because my goal was 750. I feel like my build is rather tame, and I don't think I'm above that 800hp mark (it is being street tuned so i don't have numbers but the butt dyno says I'm not there) so this fuel system should be sufficient. Long story short, I'm stumped.

If anyone is a data log wizard and thinks they can diagnose this through there I would be happy to share. Only thing I can think of is that I'm running out of fuel but that just shouldn't be the case based on what I was told so I'm just hoping anyone has some better ideas as to what it could possibly be.
Thank you!

Send me a WOT log or 2

[email protected]

I’ve got plenty of fuel with twin 274’s on E near 860-880whp. Stock rails, 55psi FP @ idle.

Have you checked the pump hose connections? Indicators show you may only have one pump supplying the fueling.

What is the fuel pressure WOT? It's too bad SCT won't log injector percentage.

I might need to go back into the hat and rewire everything. PBD said they dont think both pumps are running but i was fooling with the fuses and it seems to me that both are on. Tomorrow after work I'll go in there and redo the whole thing.

I don't have a good way to read fuel pressure at wot unfortunately. My gauge is on the regulator in the engine bay, is there a way that I can monitor it?

I'd like to know commanded fuel lambda.

It's adding 25% fuel on E85 attaining .81 lambda and adding 33% fuel on 91 attaining the same .81 lambda. Which is strange. Did you miss label the logs?

Really would like to see commanded lambda logged.

The logs are labeled correctly but the 91 log might be a little funky because it was the only one i did after switching it over from E so there's probably a little bit of E mixed in there. I havent done another because I wanted to stop reving this thing out while its lean for fear of hurting it. I just got dont pulling a motor with 3 cracked pistons i dont want to do it again haha! I can definitely put a little gopro in there and see what it looks like at wot i have a Hero Session that would be perfect for that. I wish I could tell you the commanded fuel lambda but its curious that it is getting that same .81 lambda on both fuel types.

Are you able to choose your own PID's to log?

He should be able to log LAMBSE with SCT if he adds it to the config file.

That will really help in determining if you have a fuel delivery problem.

I'd like to see fuel/air commanded equivalence ratio, fuel pump duty cycle, absolute load in percent, MAF flow rate Lb/min, and fuel rate in addition to what he is logging. I'd get rid of the transmission PID's
