Hi guys. I have a 2017 performance pack GT and I’ve had BMR min drop springs on it for ages now. I love the stance.
Recently I’ve been thinking that the rear end feels too floaty through high speed bends and bouncy over fast undulating roads. I use it as a fast road car, not a track car.
I have no issues with the front end at all.
looking round I see loads of people recommend the frpp shock kits, but that’s 4 shocks and £800+ here. I figure I can get away with just upgrading the rear shocks. Which for me narrows it to koni sport (twin tube with adjustable rebound) for £300-380 or Bilstein B6 (mono tube non adjustable ) for a similar price. Viking and other brands are not available.
Have any of you tried a similar set up? Can anyone report on the koni or bilstein ?
