think for the price of a KB you could do twins. i dont see many KBs
Eh, you'd be surprised. It's been a while so Travis shouldn't kill me. But I had Travis sell me a 3.2LC kit and get the thing to my door with everything required to get the thing back to running for uner $7000 (that was including tuning).
I'm sure the KB is badass, but you will need to change the motor mounts I believe. Unless you have a "taller than stock" aftermarket hood installed. May or not be a consideration for you.
There are supplied billet motor mounts in the kit, and they look like a very quality piece compared to the stock mounts.
the kenne bell is a great kit, but i wished i would have looked harder at the centri kits. i may have liked them better.

money no object/have to do it again? twins or underhood single turbo. hands down.
Have you driven a centri car? I don't think I could ever own one after having a twin screw car. Theyre absolutely lack-luster in the lower rpm with partial throttle. They feel terrible until you finally edge into boost in the higher rpm. Will they be just as quick? Yeah, but your car feels a thousand times better down low giving you a big motor feel on a PD blower.

As for their bag labeling? That was a gripe of mine for sure when I was installing my kit. Finding what fucking bolt they were talking about was horrible. But the install was absolutely seamless and I really didn't have any hiccups.

And about bringing the car back to stock? Well, for one you have to turn the knock sensors so their massive discharge manifold fits. You shouldn't need to turn them back. You have to bend a tab that supported the sound tube on the driver side strut tower, not noticeable you could leave it bent. You have to take off the hood liner and bend a tab on the drivers side in, you can pull it back out. And last but not least, you have to massage a small section of the hood so their massive 168mm throttle body fits, that'll be covered by the hood liner, so they wont know or car on trade in.
