Is there any way to keep the cruise on so you do t have to do it every time? My 2020 Sierra lets you, so wondering if it’s possible in a gt350. The only thing I don’t like about this car is the steering wheel controls.

Bro! Thank you. That made my night. I’ve walked away from this thread three times tonight. Like pushing that button is a bridge too far to cross?? 🤪

No, not organically no. In Forscan, who knows! 🤷🏼‍♀️

My old mazda kept cruise control mode enabled, so I understand why you ask. I'm interested in the (Forscan/tuning) answer to this as well, I don't know of a native way to do it, but it was always nice to have it one button away instead of 2, especially on pizza runs.

How do you keep the energy to shift each day? Must be exhausting.

I find it such a pain in the ass pushing that START button everytime I want to start the car,,,can't they develop a voice command,,,same thing with the blinkers, but who uses them
Just leave it running. Save your finger!

Maybe a first world problem, but yeah. I've always just wished that hitting the set button the first time turned it on. Now that I've spent way too much thought on this, I'm thinking it's the lawyers that made them have a separate button push to turn it on. It's always the lawyers! Blame it on the lawyers!

No worries! If there's an answer out there, I want it too! Maybe it will land here now that you have asked! Worst case, its on my list to investigate for post warranty mods. I have a few other small tweaks like this that would make the car that much more awesome and personalized for me!

Do people really use cruise control in manual cars? I thought the point was to be more engaged? I mean if I drove a Tesla I'd get it. It's really hard to constantly aim for crowds like most of us do so I could just leave autopilot on and let the car plow people down for me. Mainly children but who's counting?

I wouldn’t want the cruise on all the time even if it was a setting, cause it’s gonna leave all that clutter lit up on the dash.
