Just ordered ZL1 Side skirt extensions

I just ordered ZL1 side skirt extensions with the rock guards: ZL1 GT500 side extensions and rock guards. I have a HP Mach 1 so it should be interesting to see how they fit & what alterations need to be made with the front wheel arch moldings. I will do a full write up when I get them in case anyone else is interested in the product for our application.

finally figured out how to make these work with the integration of the current wheel molding, still need to do the passenger side, but here’s a teaser…….

It looks like you are missing the HP front wheel arch trim.
I emailed the ZL1 folks, interested in the front splash guards and they said, "Hello, we have not verified any fitment on the mach 1 with rock guards."

Got the passenger side done tonight, all in all it worked out pretty well. The molding fits the outside edge of the rock guard perfectly. I’ll try to get some better pictures and write something up about the process this weekend.

Same set up, only I have a pp1

ZL1 addon rock guards with mach 1 hp wheel trim. However since I do not have a mach 1 front bumper I had to slightly alter the positioning so it looks as oem as possible.

I did the MP Concepts ones. Both versions in my opinion balance out the car. The front and rear are aggressive and middle is just there. Both gt350/500 did different sides so it works. Now I just wish Mach 1 got a different hood )=

Thanks for posting this thread with the detailed photos. I recently installed a set of factory 2020 Shelby GT500 side skirts on my Fighter Jet Gray 2022 mach 1, and want to fabricate extended Rock Guards for the front fenders. Ordered some 060" and 090" ABS plastic and plan to fabricate my own rather than purchase the ZL-1 Addons guards. Waiting on the dealer to give me my Wheel Well Fender Lip moldings that they have "owed" me since I picked up the car November 2022. Once I have them, we'll get this completed and try to preserve the paint work down the side of the car.

I have these (mud flaps and rock guards) and want to install them but I am not very patient. Is it as easy as you guys make it look? Take off the wheels, clean a little, pop some rivets and all good??
