Side note here, this mode will affect the 0-60 and quarter mile times for sure. There is no delay on throttle input and the car pulls steady all the way to the top. Money well spent:cheers:
I doubt it will affect those by any measurable amount as full throttle is still full throttle. This mod is for drivability while not WOT.

I tried both with and without the pedalmax WOT. It seems the signal travels a lot faster even if you step all the way to the medal in an instant. There is definitely a delay in WOT without the pedal max. You also feel the difference in between the shifting, the response is alot quicker.

This actually makes sense. To get to WOT, you have to go through all points leading up to WOT. If the curve of points leading up to WOT is more aggressive, the engine should rev up sooner than with the less aggressive curve.

Now, if you could get to WOT without going through all the points from zero to full, then I'd agree with John S that "WOT is WOT". But you can't. Even the fastest foot has to travel that distance.

Even if you power shift and lunch at certain rpm, you still have to go through the first gear WOT. You still will shave some time, even 0.1sec is worth it.

Why doesn't someone time it with and without? I'm too lazy. My bet, using pedalmax will be faster. Why? No lag from the start. But that's my uneducated opinion.

Damn, might have to get this. Just an auto 3.55 car but do notice the lag. I like that the warranty stays in tact with this mod.

Got mine last night, going to install it in a couple of hours.
Edit: As someone said the car should have rolled off the assembly line like this, car is very responsive now - next up is a CAI & tune.

Just read the whole thread. I'm convinced to buy this now. I've got a base 6sp GT, and it sounds like this is the ticket if you want to stay warranty friendly, or slowly expose your new wife to your expensive habit lol

Bingo. That's exactly what I've got, and it makes a night and day difference.

If you get the little adjustment knob, you can even dial it down for rain/snow easily.
