What's interesting with the OP threads and posts, considering all the genuinely helpful information provided, is that there's one, lonely 'thanks' given.

It does not face the front of the car, its rear facing right next to the tranny, huge yellow plug, even you wouldnt be able to miss it.

Jesus dude, please don't post another thing until you read your owners manual, you are seriously sounding like a grade A dunce right now.
Don't forget to mention to use one of those Big 6 quart drain pan's! ;)

I'm just here for my daily dose of stupidity.

I meet people like you on a weekly basis, completely useless.

Unless it's spoon fed or drawn out in detail you just can't figure it out on your own.

Without jacking rails you will damage the underside of your car over time, it's inevitable.
Order the rails and wait until they arrive to change your oil. It's the right thing to do.
Not true. I use a jacking insert and my jack itself never touches the car.

I've been using hockey pucks for years... Especially on pinch welds or on frames that I don't want marred. YMMV

What do you mean? Aren't you jacking from the frame of the car in the underneath? Are you saying you will be damaging the frame? Is it just scratches/visual or do you think the area will eventually be bent etc?

Do the same rails work with this car as the ones that work with the base mustang?
The Steeda jacking rails work on the 350, unscrew the bolts, and re-bolt, takes all of about 10 minutes. It will take more time trying to get the car up on jack stands than to do the install.

The pinch welds do work, there is a cut out that you put the jack in, the problem is that over time jacking up from this point will start to bend the pinch welds, its just the way it is. The jacking rails allow you to jack up the car from any point and can raise if from center and lift both front and rear wheels off the ground.

Make sure you get a low profile jack.

Not true. I use a jacking insert and my jack itself never touches the car.
The qualifier to my statement was "over time" and it is very true. None of you have had your GT350's long enough to effect the pinch welded areas by jacking your car using a block or insert. I have an identical situation on my Lincoln LS that I have had for 14 years and always using jacking inserts on that car. Over time the pinch welds will get distorted and the paint will get stressed to the point those areas will deteriorate.
The point I am making is that jacking rails are a superior choice, much more convenient, faster to raise the car and will not result in any damage over the long haul.
