I own or have owned 9 mustangs. I had not driven my 16 in over 5 weeks and decided to take it out today to do a little christmas shopping. Man all I can say is "this thing is the cat's ass" forgot how much I loved driving it. The S550 is awesome.

I've had mine for over two years and feel the same way every time it drive it. On Tuesday I did Georgia's Dragon, or the Suches Loop, with three other guys: a C5 Vette, a Cayman and a late model Miata with a 2.5L Fusion engine boosted to 360RWHP , and can't wait to go again.

For some reason this post and your photos of the two Mustangs sitting side by side are giving me strong thoughts of picking up a 1999 35th Anniversary LE that I have been watching for a couple of months now. It would be my 3rd 35th LE. First was a Silver with black convertible top auto that I gave my daughter back in 1999. Her EX fell asleep in it with his foot planted to the floor board on the gas pedal. Burnt it to the ground. Second was a white with black convertible top a few years ago with 27K miles on it.....still not sure why I sold it....stupid, stupid, stupid.
So is there a third just waiting for me across town? Sure is tempting.

I love my 99 Roush bought it new in 99 and built it front to back side to side. I gave it to my son for graduation a couple years ago. He was 10 months old when I bought it.
