I actually had no idea about the pony projection until I read this post. I also didn't know you could change the color of the accent lighting until I watched a video also showing the pony projection.

I thought my Jetta was cool because I could change the back-lighting of the stereo from red to blue. My how things have changed.
where's that video?

I still can't believe how awful interior design was back then. Domestic OEMs have only just started catching up in the past five years or so.
It was a different era, different requirements and different customer expectations. I recall the interior in my EXP as being pretty nice for the price point. Fox body Mustangs were even better somewhat. And then the Thunderbird TC, damn, that was nice... :D

Its all a matter of perspective...

It's only a 2013 MY, but shows the pony at the end. I trust they'll have all the accent lighting customizable in the new one, or at least I hope, it's pretty cool to change all the colors.

Little touches I like in my current 2010, which is when the interior really stepped up, are discussed here, here, and here. Definitely looking forward to experiencing the new little touches in the 2015 interior. Photos are cool, but the real thing will be "woo hoo"!

Not to be off-topic, but the '94 GT interior was quite nice for its time though. Eons better than the horrid Camaro interior of the times. Imagine if you saw this SN-95 interior back in February 1990 (let alone the S550) and compared it to what was actually available back then.

They've done really great for the S550 and all of us should just dismiss any silly complaints about "plasticky" surfaces and "cheap" materials. (Not to you Wild Stang, but detractors)

Dang! I've never been into Camaros, but those interiors are horrid! I've had an 88, a 94 and an 05, so I've enjoyed all those mustang interiors. I've also looked at the current Camaro interior. They seem to have difficult with interior design in my humble opinion.

Really looking forward to the next leap into the S550!

I noticed that this pic I took of Flossy showed the projection lights pretty good.
They get so many compliments

Was never into Sn95s, exterior or interior. Looked like a Celica and the interior looked like a diagram of the female reproductive system. Pass!

When growing up, older years, mom had an 89 firebird. A friend had a 90 z28. I had a 90 mustang. I remember when the sn95 came out, the interior was light years ahead of any of those. Even though we didn't like that it was a carryover fox basically, and was heavier (you mad about the s550 gaining weight, imagine gaining more and not a single horsepower). I never noticed the organ reference until now lol. Funny. Dodge Ram emblem looks like one to me.

Fox to sn95 to 4.6 2v years where hard years to be mustang fans to me. Until the 03 cobra dropped and the fact that they actually built them in great numbers. It's dated and way way behind times now but it was a bright spot after 8 years of shadows and being smoked stock for stock by the bow ties.
