I like facts through comparison measurements. ESS IS definitely, noticeably a more robust flowing turbine. Thanks
The trick is comparing apples to apples as I have been doing. :)

1450cfm from the 2200 / v3 jt > 1300 g2

I appreciate when mfgs are nice enough to prove me correct

Apples to apples would be the g3 when comparing 2200sl.

They all make power the whole 8 sec link you post can happen with any supercharger application. It really depends on how far the individual wants to push the car and how the car is setup with supporting mods.

But for ease of installation you can not beat the ESS . I’ve helped install several different ones on friends cars and ESS is the easiest no questions asked. An another plus is it’s a decent amount lighter than other brands.

Its hard to exactly compare apples to apples when the V3si flows 1150, the G2 flows 1300, the 2200 flows 1450 and the G3 flows 1600. A comparison can be made any way the person doing it wants to, in order to show an advantage.

I myself am looking for the easiest install combined with cost of going all black components and under hood looks/SC location.

Its also difficult to compare online prices when one company cant advertise their lowest price.

Thats being said i made myself a note in my phone for prices of 3 kits i am considering.

Thats with LU47 injectors in the Beefcake kits and the Lund tune added in. Black on all the kits. X trim impeller and upgraded intercooler on the Procharger. X trim impeller on the G3. Which Brevin has said i wont even need, so could save another $350 there.

most kits will be able to do more than what 90% of the guys are gonna use.

on comparable stuff though were gonna come in about $400 cheaper than the g3 kits with the vortech / paxton setups on the 18 up, and moreso on previous years

Are you saying i didn't choose comparable stuff?

All of the kits I listed will be more than i will use unless i pop the motor, and build a shortblock.

That being said i compared a 1350 cfm Paxton 2200 stage 2 to a 1250 cfm Procharger P1x w/ upgraded intercooler to a 1600 cfm ESS G3 with their larger intercooler. Granted the G2 would be a better comparison, but that will only increase the advertised price delta.

well no it can’t happen with any application it’s happened with an off-the-shelf Paxton 2200

many years ago.

I’m not sure how many eight second ESS cars there are there’s a lot of people with Dragy’s but you know let’s get to the track

It’s comparable my point is for the group our price will be about hundred dollars less than the ESS kit on the 18 up.

What would be your number on something similar to the G3 with bigger injectors? No bap nor pump…

ess prices for injectors is really good. Basically wholesale

Yeah it pretty much can , I see all the time not 8 sec passes cause we run 1/8 (5.7 or so ) Most do the with off the shelf procharger, paxton vortech vmp whipple, etc... It happens most of these people don't post on the internet. If you can make 800-850 whp you can run that number with a properly setup car.

Shit my car ran a 6.2 @ 119 stock converter, engine, trans , axles, big brembos stock k member etc on e30 fuel with one of the bigger pulley's 115mm. That's only couple MPH off from 8 sec pass with only 3 passes in my car ever.

Your car is setup properly, it runs a good number as any car can with any of these superchargers if setup right.

I would love to put a built trans , converter , and fuel system in my car and see what it can do . But my funds aren't there , an I swear parts and service are getting more expensive by the day. Maybe one day

Oh my!!!! Ill stay out of this.... my 1275cfm cant compete here.
