Name is Jeff..........New member here but certainly not new to Fords.

Traded in my 2015 Oxford White F150 super crew cab for a new 2015 Oxford White Mustang GT Premium. Just couldn't get the hang of parking that truck.

Anyway I think my first agenda will be to upgrade wheels and tires, so I'll be looking for suggestions. It did come with optional 18" Foundry Blk Painted Wheels.

Couple pictures of the car on the lot as the dealer was taking it to get detailed.
One of the F150 that went back to the dealer....In the right corner you can see the front of my yellow tube chassis Mustang drag car.

Hi All!

I just relocated to the states, and what a better start than buying a Mustang. Got mine last weekend, and it's a GT Premium with PP.

Here is a quick pick the day of the deilvery.

My name is Doug. I'm a huge car fan and have had too many over the last 15 years to mention. 53 years old.

Just bought my first Mustang (16 GT convertible/6M/PP/Oxford White).

Among the cars I've had in the last 15 years or so are 2 Porsche Boxsters (986 and 987), 4 Audi's including an S4, many BMW's (mostly 3 series ranging from a couple e30s to my current f30 sedan - I've had a 3 series from every generation except the first; 2 5 series as well), several Toyota Tacomas (4x4), a Forerunner and a Pathfinder. Currently I have the Mustang, the BMW and a GMC Sierra 4x4.

Yes I have a problem. Hoping I hold on to the current mix for a while

Glad to be here.

Bonjour, ...
I am very new to the forum, I am French... and I don't have a Mustang...YET.

That said, I am moving to California (as a permanent resident) at the end of the year, and a 2016 DIP GT with PP is already on my wish list. (my daily, for a 2x15 miles commute I think).

I will place an order as soon as arrive in the US !

I've read extensively the forum threads before daring to join. I liked a lot the ambiance, the good atmosphere and I was impressed the very high level of technical and commercial information I could find.

At the moment, my plan is to order a 2016 Deep Impact Blue GT Premium with Performance Package (MSRP USD 40k).
I still question the navigation option... and I am already thinking about very light modifications of the car, assuming it remains legal in California:
Immediately:
- automatic hide away front licence plate
- tinted windows (Nano-Ceramic)

Later, I plan on what I call a "Stage 0.5":
- Oil catch can
- Air intake (Airraid probably)
- Ford racing performance oil filter
- Exhaust (something with ZERO Drone and carb compliant... probably a MF Street catback)
- and maybe an engine tune if needed

Anyway, I am still far from the order. I need to move 1st and get a house there... car will follow, but for sure it will be a Mustang GT !

Congrats to the forum members, and hopefully see you very soon in NorCal.
Hi folks.
Here's my baby

H\I bought it last week.
Funny: after a coupe test drives, and knowing I wanted a Blue GT, PP and Manual... I ended up with a Black, non-PP, Auto !!!

I tries the auto gearbox and it is perfect (I drove manuals for 20 years in Europe, and I believe this A/T is very good). I drove it today in the mountains (gently as it only has 250 miles now), and the A/T in S mode is just awesome. Better than manual amho. On top of that, with my utilization (6 miles commute per day and road trips), the PP was overkill.
In the end, I am glad I have the shaker audio, nice 20 inches rims, beep-beep rear radar, and other cool options :)

Nice! Congrats brother!

It is funny! I just picked up my GT this past Friday myself and I wanted a 15 GT Premium PP in Ruby Red. If it wasn't the Ruby Red, I did not want it. I ended up walking out with a 15 Triple Yellow GT with the 50th Anniversary Package :D:D:D:D

I love it so much!

Hey y'all, joined in April but have been very busy since then. Did lots of reading here and now have time to talk Mustangs. I bought mine April 1 and only have 3,400 miles on it. Changed the oil at 3,000 miles. Resonator gone, X-pipe added w/Flowmasters. Airaid CAI w/Bama Tune.

You guys have some beautiful cars with very nice mods. I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions for you all.

Chief

Hey guys. Brand new to this forum. Picked up my 16 mustan in November. Bad news is December came with a side swipe at a busy intersection. Got it all back good as new, now it's time to add on. Ordered the Fm outlaw axle back through American muscle for a little Christmas gift to myself. Excited to see all the small mods on this forum and really make mine stand out. And tips and secrets to the forum would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, Mike in Madeira Beach here...waiting on the delivery of my '16 GT convertible in 3Y with the PP, yellow jacket interior and all the options I could get (except stripes). I am a true Mustang fan and this will be my 9th Mustang. All except my first (a '67 convertible) have been GTs. I am giving up my 2012 GT/CS convertible in Grabber Blue which I thought was a keeper until I drove a new one with the PP....WOW. If you know of anyone looking for a low mileage (8K) GT/CS in a rare color in the Florida area, it's on Autotrader!

Happy Holidays to all!
