- 2019 Mustang 6spd GT Premium PP1
Hi all,
Ron here from the central west coast of Florida. Long time lurker, just joined officially.
Currently own a 2019 GT PP1, Race Red 400a 6sp. I’ve been a ‘Stang lover since I was just a ‘lil Goomer. I’ve owned a few...
Black ‘84 GT 5sp when I lived in L.A., this was a rare occurrence at that time since there were no manual transmission cars being sold in Cali at the time (early 80’s).
Red ‘89 GT 5sp. Loved the drive train in this car, styling was not my favorite Mustang styling release. Drove from L.A. To Pa. with new wife and 3 kids in this car, not 1 complaint from the kiddos, they thought it was cool.
Red ‘67 Fastback, 390, 4 sp toploader, 4:11 posi rearend, X dry lake bed time trial car.
(145 flying mile at El Mirage). This car was stuffed with 427 parts engine wise (crank pistons intake). By far the baddest car I’ve owned, it had the cammed big block idle, and a nasty exhaust note. Miss this car a lot.
I also built a FFR Cobra replica (Red? Of course), most fun I had with a project, will do it again in retirement. This car was FAST, and fantastic drivers car (89 GT power train in a 2,000 lb car.
Now to a Red (surprise) ‘19 GT PP1 6spd. This car is so different, refined, Hi-tech, deceptively fast, and just plain good looking in a sea of Camry style imports.
I’ve owned probably 25 other cars and trucks in my past owners experience, but none get me going like the Mustang. Sorry, only 2 digital pics of the rides.
I’m not a big poster, but will if the subject motivates me. Anyhow...
Ponies Rule.
