Name's Chris, I'm in Denver, and I just picked up a 2018 GT with the Performance Package. Had a 1993 GT back in high school, and I'm glad to be in a Mustang again! I love how much the new one reminds me of my old Fox-body. The sound, the feel, everything - just modernized.

Welcome to the forum Chris..hey same here was a 1990 foxbody owner..love these s550's too..if only they had no traction control and solid rear axles.

Hello From Oklahoma

My name's Robert, and I live in Oklahoma. I (we) own several Mustangs and one 1994 Bronco. We have a 1967 GT, 1997 GT Convertible, 2006 Roush Mustang GT, and a 2017 Mustang GT. I own a repair shop and towing service in Lawton, OK. Each Mustang of ours has a unique story of how or why we got it. But to keep this post short, we got our '17 GT last June because I needed something cheap and reliable (you read that right) to get back and forth from Oklahoma City after our son was born prematurely and had a lot of health issues.

Now that things have settled down and everyone is home, the Mustang has become a bit of a dust collector. We're looking to make it the shop guinea pig and track car. Our shop is a member of a huge OEM parts network that allows us to get OEM parts for almost all makes, so we took advantage of that and bought an intake manifold for a '18 GT to put on ours to see if I can make it look as OEM as possible. I was a Ford tech for 15 years before we bought a wrecker (2016 F-550 Rollback) from the dealer I worked at and quit to open our own shop. I know Ford modular V-8 and V-6's like the back of my hand, but I am here to learn. Running or working at an independent shop is a whole different ballgame when you leave that protective umbrella of a franchise dealership.

Hey I'm Josh from NJ, just picked up my 3rd GT recently... had a 2010 4.6 GT Grabber Blue, 2014 Sterling Grey Base GT , and now a 2016 GT C/S with just under 3k miles. Brought all of them up to full bolt-on and hoping the '16 will bring me into the boost world this summer.

Current GT about a month mine, fresh goodies include SW O/R Headers, Corsa Sport catback, Barton Hybrid 3, BMR Everything, Eibach Sportlines, HRE FF01/Nittos, JLT Intake and was dyno tuned w/SCT.

Cant wait to upgrade the brakes/opg's and boost her up. Glad to join!

my name is Jozef and I'm from Slovakia- it's a small country, however I've already noticed, that I'm not the only one here
I bought my Mustang 7 months ago (Ruby red GT) and since then I've already installed Clear bra protection; GT500 Racing Stripes & CatBack exhausts black ceramic tips with valve system.
My experience : Already 5000 miles on clock & one track day (road course) at our 3.7 miles long Slovakia ring.
Whats next : in the near future I would like to change a few things that I like the least on my Mustang, which is lowering with some good suspension setup (probably steeda), steering wheel, rear spoiler, gt350 front fascia. Since I'm from Europe it makes the whole buying process much more complicated, but I wont give up. I actualy like ,,hunting,, for parts on web
By the way I love this forum and comunity - already read hundreds of pages and learned a lot of things. Thank You !

Intro Duction

Hello fellow Ford Folks,

My name is Bill and own a 2016 Mustang GT 6 speed. I recently added the Whipple 2.9 liter supercharger with a Borla cat-back exhaust. What an animal! Full-on Stallion. I haven't upgraded the rear tires yet but will sometime very soon. Any suggestions for rear tires and wheels is appreciated. Happy Derby weekend!

Came over from a Camaro; a 2015 2SS to Mustang (again) in '17. This one is my third since 1975.

Didn't really want this S550 body, but I couldn't see giving the same money for a '13 or '14 that I could buy this one for.

Sooooooo, here I am.

By the way, I like the car fine. ( especially after I blew away 2 Chevys)
