Here you go Thed -- the only pic I have my my garage computer -- come to find out all my pics must be on one of my external hard drives, or not digital(wow, that makes me feel old). But now even I want to look at them, so I must find them.

This is on the way home from the first time I ever took it drag racing (2003 I think) --

DUDE..... I'd rock that all day long! That's a sexy Fox!!!! :ford:

Thanks -- and if S550 ends up to be too much Evos/Fusion for me, the Fox might just be a new project.

Hello to you all. Jeff here from Coral Springs FL (Until Recently I was a born and raised NY'er. I just moved from Rockland County NY and throughly enjoyed my ride down here in my Mustang. In NY this was the garage queen. Here too, but I can drive her all year round!

I have a 2011 Mustang GT Convertible with some special paint work and my own finishing touches. She is my pride and joy (just like my son) and I cant wait to get rid of it!

I have a 2015 production slot held with a local dealer who will allow me to order anything I want to. I am going to get the highest horsepower model I can with a drop top!

Dave here from the Tampa FL area, Mustang owner since Feb 2000. First Stang was a '96 GT which was slightly modified (springs, exhaust, tires/wheels including 315/35/17 rear meats, export fender flares and an S281 wing). Current ride is an '05 with Hooker & MAC exhaust, Eibach springs, Hurst shifter, JLT CAI & tune and 18x9/18x10 wheels. I love the '05, not so much the '11 & '12, but do love the '13 & '14. The '15 will need to be something really special for me to trade/sell the '05 :)

This forum seems to be pretty good for the most part, but the thread on "first mods" cracked me up.

Stopping in to say hi.

Long time listener, first time caller.

Had an '86 SVO and an '89 Notchback. I'm really excited to see what the '15 has in store.

I just joined. My 2006 Ford Explorer V8 will go over 160,000 miles tomorrow and has been the most reliable vehicle we've ever owned. I think a 2015 Mustang convertible would be a good replacement for our 2002 Mercedes-Benz C230K, which at 63,000 miles has been much less reliable (sunroof now broken, front suspension bushings had to be replaced, blower motor died).

I average 23,000+ miles per year for business.

Previous cars:
2005 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx LT
2004 Toyota Sienna - sold after one month due to severe pain from driving - slanted steering column, bad seats
2002 Mercury Mountaineer V8
1996 Chevrolet Impala SS
1994 Thunderbird LX V8 (the C230K replaced it)
1988 Pontiac Bonneville SSE
1984 Pontiac Sunbird LE 4 door with manual transmission and turbo package
1979 Pontiac Lemans - hot rodded
1979 Pontiac Trans-Am 400 4-speed
1970 AMC AMX

Welcome! Props on doing the single father thing. And you'll be the coolest dad around with a new 2015 :headbang:
Lol my son already loves mustangs and he always wants me to "take the top off" haha. Now that we can see what the front looks like, I'll have no problem dropping him off in the '15 coupe!

New member not new to site.

:ford: Hello, I am Ronnie. I am from Georgia and have been in love with the Mustang since my parents bought our first two an 88' Hatchback LX and a 92' 5.0 Hatchback. I currently own a Black 94' GT Coupe and a Sonic Blue 02' GT Convertible. My 02' is my favorite because my father bought it for me brand new when I graduated high school on 01'. I have done minor mods to it CAI, exhaust and gears are just a few things. I'm really excited about the s550 debuting because I definitely plan on purchasing it. I'm hoping they come back with the glass roof design for this model because that's the one I want. I have the hard top and I have the convertible, so why not get the best of both worlds. Keep up the good work with keeping us updated M6G.

Hello everyone,

Dan here in Charlotte. I've never owned a Mustang and I'm not as much of a die hard Ford guy as many of you on here, more of a general car enthusiast. I have always been a fan of Mustang and have owned a Ford Taurus and that thing was rock solid. 240k+ miles with no major issues! Anyway, the 2011+ Mustangs just really caught my eye. The power, looks, better handling than past models, etc. But I ended up getting a 2012 VW GTI as my first new car purchase. Before that I was very big into the Honda scene

I've been thinking a 2013 GT could be my next car, used in a few years, and when I started researching the 6th gen came to my attention. The lighter weight and smaller size seem awesome! Hopefully I like the looks as much as the '13. But I'm thinking I may buy a new 2016 GT, 6 speed manual with track pack in two-three years.

Here's some pictures of my cars

Im Josh. Im not really too big of a Ford sports car fan (we do own a Flex that I truly love) but I havent grown fond of the Mustang because I can never feel comfortable in one at all. Im 6'6 so its just an awkward driving position for me.

So, Ive come to learn about the new Mustang. Hopefully they will package the interior great, give the driver a great vantage point and make it drive awesome.

Here is my current car. A 2006 GTO. Tuned, headers, full 2.5" dual exhaust with JBA Euro mufflers. I dropped it on BC coilovers and it rides on VMR 710s (18X8.5 fronts/18X9.5 rear).

Trolled around long enough without joining, figured I might as well.

I have driven a few cars in my life. Of note was an 02 v6 mustang that I supercharged. It had around 280 rwhp. Sold that. Have a 2005 mustang gt that is built with a 3 liter blower that makes around 590 rwhp on E-85. Looking to sell that soon.

My pride and joy is a beastly beige 2001 Honda Accord LX. Automatic transmission, and the thing purrs like a recycling plant.

Hopefully income will steady out and I will be looking to get into a used or new 2015/16. I am looking forward to the other engine options, particularly the v4 if it ends up being a performer. I think it's unlikely that we'll see an ecoboost v6 model in the works, but that would outright sell me, there.

Welcome Spartan!

I would love a turbo 6 also since I think that would have the greatest modding upside. Will have to see how strong the 4 cyl block is and if it takes well to tuning.

Either way gonna be a huge upgrade from a 2001 Accord for you.
