New to the site. I am planning to order a GT Premium FB PP1 401A in Kona blue. Thinking about going with the showstopper red interior but not sure if that is a good match. Would the midnight blue be a better fit? Just looking for some opinions.

Regardless, I would go with the red seats.

Kona is beautiful, but if you have not seen Velocity Blue in the flesh, might be worth a look. Pictures don't do justice to the 3 different pearls in Velocity Blue.

Midnight blue is just stitching on the black seats. Leaning toward the red interior. I do like the velocity, but just prefer the darker blue. Appreciate your thoughts

Midnight blue is just stitching on the black seats.

This is not entirely true.
There is subtle blue accent pattern on perforated areas of seat leather.
But it is hard to be seen on the pictures.

I’ve always been a GM guy, had been looking at a 2019 Camaro....but none of my local dealers wanted to play ball. Got this for well under invoice with current $1500 rebate. Maybe I’ll get lucky and the rebate on delivery might be better. But with delivery likely in Spring I won’t hold my breath.

Hey....Scott here from Northern California, Bay Area. This is my 1st American Performance car...caught the bug pretty quickly. Took delivery of my 18 PP1/A10/active exhaust back in September. Mods so far are mainly cosmetic as this is my DD. Ceramic Pro coating, 3M clear on all the right spots, Cervini upper and lower grill, howler and black out badges, GT350R steering wheel, JLT catch can, Steeda Progressive springs and stops, Steeda H pipe, and just mounted Ferrada F3 with Toyo Proxes 4 Plus. Shout out to Paul at PK Auto Design who worked hard for me and hooked me up on his Black Friday Sale.

I also have a well modified 2013 Ford Raptor so this GT is a great addition to our fun factory.

I want to thank many of you on this site for all the ideas....I surfed this place hard to get my vision where I wanted it.

Next mod.....drop that rear end!

New member, long time lurker and now soon to be owner of a 2019 GT, MT, PP1
I spent the day looking at many Mustangs at a few dealerships in my area.
I'm set on a MT as my last Mustang was a 1988 GT and I really enjoy manual and it will not be my commuter car.
I'm not interested in Active Exhaust, Magnaride or anything else.
Again not a daily driver, just a toy and gift for me on my 42nd birthday.
I will be modding it a bit, maybe even going FI.
The only thing stopping me from buying today is that I'm kinda torn between Gotta Have It Green & Velocity Blue.
Both are awesome colors. Blue is obviously more low key than the green. Green is less common than the blue. If I go green I will ditch the stripes.
Anyway... enough with the quick intro.
Feel free to give me input on which color you would go with if you were to pick between the two.

Just picked up a Velocity Blue, MT, 300A. Got a sweet deal and I love it. Pics to come.

Hey there....I ordered mine mid-may and it arrived in mid-september. I searched pretty hard to find a dealership that would make a deal during the ordering, but there were no rebates avail before the model year actually came out (when I ordered). I was still able to negotiate $1500 off the price when it arrived. I have the same car you describe above minus the Smart and Safety Package, and mine is a standard (and a different color). So you will be able to negotiate more when it arrives, if you're prepared. BTW, you'll love the electronic instrument cluster that you should be getting with the 401A package

Hello all, glad to have finally joined the community. Just picked up a new (to me) 2018 ecoboost premium convertible with the 10a transmission. Loved the drive home, especially loved the fact that I could do it with the top down. Love living in Florida.

Got home to discover that one of my rear parking sensors has fallen out (or down into the bumper). So it's already got it's first trip to the dealer for repair booked. Just hope this isn't a portent...

Hey everyone,
I just picked up a lightly used (only 3800 miles) 2018 Mustang GT in Lightning Blue. This is my 3rd Mustang ( had a 2000 GT and a 2012 3.7L previously).

I love the S550 platform so far and going to take is slow with modding. Started with a Steeda H-pipe and Steeda G-Trac brace (on order), JLT AoS, and FP strut tower brace (I have a non PP car). Looked at tuners, but not sure where to start.
