I messed up the front corner of my nose on my 2019 GT, pushed the head light in about 3/4 inch, sprung the nose slightly, and slight dent in the fender. Looking for a body shop in the bay area/San Jose area that can make it look as perfect as possible. Any suggestions are appreciated.
Owned a camaro in the early 80s that was two years old and rattled like an old greyhound bus. Owned a '98 Cobra for 20 years that had zero rattles. That was big for me. Camaro's are cool and I like seeing them around, respect their owners- but they just don't do it for me anymore.
There is a difference between a flex and a bend. I see the bend as permanent...The only place I see slight flex is 1mm right were the bracket is attached the underside of the hood. Let's not forget these hood pistons are installed on all kinds of cars without issue. My 2006H3 hummer has them, in...
I had no idea that was an available upgrade. I would have definitely added that! One minor option thought to your interior- the Bullitt shifting knob. I love this in mine
My '19. PP1, Premium, 401a option package (Had to have the electronic instrument panel), Active exhaust, Magna Ride, 6speed manual. Had to special order it to get the Orange Fury with that option package (searched the whole state of CA for one).
Nearly 2years old (next month). Has not seen one...
Did mine and its so much better. It was work putting it in though. If you have man-arms, its a bit tough. Skinny arms might be much easier. And don't drop any bolts in the belly pan. I knew not to do it, was really careful, and it happened anyhow lol. I had to pull the drivers side front tire to...
2019 Premium, PP1, 6-speed. 4K mi. One oil change to Mobile1 Synthetic. No Issues, rattles, ticks, or groans. I will say I broke it in by the book, and ignored all the 'bring it to the track the first day' chatter. Go for the electronic cluster. I love that. The only issues have been cosmetic...
Hey Guys- I'll offer what I can. I have noticed what I would call a high-pitched rattle sound at the higher rpms when really getting on it hard from 1st to 2nd and sometimes 2nd to 3rd. For me its not a grind- and no feel in the clutch peddle. It almost sounds like a thin piece of metal...
I have my 2019 with the MT 82, I have a friend with a 2017 with the manual, and another friend with a 2015 manual.
My 2019 4K miles, no issues shifting. Seems smooth and overall, fine. I've owned manuals since my Z28 in 1979
The guy with the 2017 has 32K miles with the last 10K driven pretty...
My trunk lid was so misaligned it chipped my paint. The dealer said they would send it to a body shop to get fixed. Right. Some body shop isn't touching my car. The can of worms possibility was much too high for me. I touched up the paint and re-aligned the trunk lid myself. That was over a year...
I sympathize. I lived in Vermont for many years. I got sick of winter while I was still young and untied- moved to California at age 28. Now I not only drive it year round, and I actually choose to not drive it in the rain! It's a miracle.
