International Tune

Hey guys, i've been trying to search for a tune for my s550 GT. i live in Lebanon. i contacted bama and they said they dont tune international cars but only cars in the usa. I need some help please to find a good tune. I already purchased the SCT devive, jlt cai, and borla catless headers. If anyone can help me by guiding me where to tune would be great!!!!
