The 9117 worked for my Gen3. It does require you to cut the common coil power wire. I cut it on the supply connector. That way I can swap engines and ECUs without cutting again.who's put in a real tach into these cars?? do you need a tach adapter or can it wire into the stock harness somehow. if so how? I've got an Autometer sport comp playback tach I want to put in just mainly for the shift light. I can get the playback data off the datalog.
