The tube for the vacuum feed does run under the manifold, but I'd be looking at the tubes around the pods, and up near the throttle body first

Regardless though that price is outrageous

Had this issue on my 2017 GT about 6 months ago. The JB Weld thing is a joke. The prt that breaks is a metal shaft that runs down both sides of the manifold. The flaps are spring loaded to run in an open mode but under 3,000rpm the flaps are forced down by vaccum through a solenoid at the back of the manifold. I removed the intake and verified the issue in about an hour. (I am an accountant) and tried to find a used intake. Eventually bought a new one from
Ford installed it and boom she was back! My car had 25,000 kms so I posted a negative review on the dealer who promptly paid for my new intake. I would think long and hard about deleting the iRMC system as it materially reduced low down torque. That is okay if it is forced induction drag car but is SHIT for a road car where you spend a lot of time under 3,000 rpm. In my opinion of course.
