Hello guys I’m making this as a last ditch effort, I’m having issues with my Mustang and I don’t know what to do anymore.
It’s a 2018 mustang gt 10spd , 64k miles , tuned by Lund , catless headers , K&n drop in filter , mbrp catbackoil catch can

Around 2 and a half months ago I went racing , noticed my oil temp getting really hot (not sure exactly what temp just got in the red on my guage cluster). This has also been an issue for a while I made the mistake of never finding out why. After the race let the car cool down, was doing some spirited driving home and a cloud of smoke came out from behind my car, pulled over and I noticed a bunch of oil spilled on the side of my block and headers and that’s what the smoke was. Dealership told me it was my valve cover gasket, I ended up changing the driver side myself. After changing the gasket and putting the car together I got a new code, p0205, did everything I could to fix it, reseated the injectors, got a brand new injector for cylinder 5. No matter what it wasn’t going away, also after a test drive noticed that my afr would’ve move from 10 no matter how much throttle I gave it. As a ditch effort me and my friends swapped the coil packs with cylinders 5 and 6… and it worked !! The code went away and my car drove fine. After some driving I got a new code, not sure what it was but it said fuel system delivery error. I unfortunately ignored the code and did a pull 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️. After the pull my car started blowing a crazy amount of smoke and the same thing that happened 3 months prior happened to my passenger side. (Should’ve just changed the gasket to begin with). Now the real issue I’m having is this, when I went to turn the car back on it had a really bad ticking noise from the passenger side valve cover area. I attached a video. After I turned the car off, tried turning it on and it would crank but not turn on. This is where I need help. I have a friend who told me it sounds like my hpfp went bad which would explain a lot as almost all the problems I have had have been fuel issues, my injector , afr being way off, the car would even pop sometimes which it wouldn’t do before and also have excessive white smoke on idle, my fuel delivery system error code, and when we try to turn it on it cranks but sounds like it’s getting no fuel. I know this is a lot to read but to anyone willing to help me I appreciate it so much 🙏🏽

You do need help. And the first thing you need to do, or rather stop doing, is abusing it when it's clearly telling you something is not right. Trying to force past a problem will never fix it or make it go away. It will only make it worse, as you are finding out.

To find out what is wrong you need to troubleshoot the problems. A scan tool will help but it's not a magical "fix this" tool. You need to find out if you have fuel pressure and how much. There are guages for that. You need to find out if you have spark, again there's a tool for that. You need to find out if your injectors are firing, another tool for that.
To run you must have 3 things. Fuel, Air and Spark. Find out those things and maybe someone can give you more specific things to check.
You should probably reach out to your tuner for his thoughts. Though I've heard that can be hit or miss with Lund.
so far all we know is that you have beat the crap out of the car and it's been pushed too far.
Good luck.

From What I remember, excessive white smoke is coolant burning, black smoke is oil.
Have you done any of the basic testing for fuel pressure, compression, leak down test for valves, or spark tests?

As Tech said you need fuel, air, and spark but also compression to run.

Gaskets are the least of your worries. You’re beating on a car that is literally screaming “HELP ME”. I’m not sure what you should expect when a car is over heating, leaking oil, and throwing check engine lights all the while you’re just out there ripping on it. Ignorance is bliss?

Okay, enough of that, figure out what the codes are. See if your valve cover gasket is in fact leaking, check your oil and coolant levels to see if the car is eating either.

That's a lot to take in. You really beat the hell out of this thing while it was barely limping. I've never heard of an s550 mustang having these issues, even the ones running 700hp +. You really messed this thing up. Hopefully you didn't overheat it to the point where the cylinder heads got warped. Do you know if you even had enough oil in the car when racing? Did you run the engine without oil in it after it leaked out? If you did that could be a major problem.

Anyway, I would start with the small stuff. Check the plugs and coils (or replace them), check the injectors and give them a clean (never hurts) or just replace them. Check the fuel pressure. Make sure there's no oil and/or coolant where it's not supposed to be. Do a compression check. The tool for it is not expensive. Once you can eliminate the basics (Air, fuel, spark) you'll probably need to start pulling the heads off, checking for warping, checking the cylinders and the block. Good luck.
