What brand do you guys use for a wheel cleaning brush? I use Adams’ brush for the inside of the wheel wells. I’m looking for recommendations on something better.

This kit works real well for bringing out the true shine of the wheels:

All joking aside, I use the Rag Company Cyclone Wheel Mitt, and it works great.

For the price, I like this kit. 1 larger brush, 1 smaller brush, and a small brush for the lug nuts.

I also use one of the Rag Company's cyclone mitt as mentioned above. It's the perfect size for wheels.

I use the following

Griot's Garage Heavy Duty Wheel Cleaner - this stuff is remarkable for brake dust
Heavy-Duty Wheel Cleaner | Remove Stubborn Brake Dust - Griot's Garage (griotsgarage.com)

Griot's Garage Microfiber Wheel Wands - There are lots of variations of these available on the web
BOSS™ Knitted Wool Pads | Auto Cleaning Tools - Griot's Garage (griotsgarage.com)

Griot's Garage Lug Nut Brush - Works well for the intended purpose
Lug Nut Cleaning Brush - Automotive Wheels - Griot's Garage (griotsgarage.com)

My biggest problem with cleaning the HP wheels is keeping track of which nook or cranny has not been cleaned yet...........

I have that one too. I use P&S wheel cleaner with it.

It's the nooks for me. Those little pits where spokes meet. That's why I have the wet rag. I just jam a finger in there after everything else is done.

I was going to a spot free car wash where I would take my own bucket with the soap/sprays and microfibers but the owner said I have to use his products and brushes. I told him the brushes he has scratches or will scratch the paint and asked him if he was crazy? What I said after I won’t repeat.

Vegas water isn’t the best for spot free.

Dealing with PP1 wheels for 4 years, I found the easiest solution here was to............................................................................... buy new wheels! :giggle:

I wrote this thread a few years ago on this topic, and while not HP Wheels, the concept is similar -

The ceramic coating makes them easier to clean
It’s trying to clean the inside is the hard part
