Having read (and appreciated) a lot of your Mach 1 threads / posts I have a feeling you need to get the R from the outset.
I think if you're asking the question on spec you probably know the answer.
In my experience unless you know you definitely don't want the 'higher' spec car, you'll spend...
There were a lot less options over here which made configuration fairly straightforward!
From memory it was colour / appearance package, transmission, seats, wheels, that's about it!
HP wasn't available to order and everything else was either standard or not available at all.
Three options...
100% Positive from me as well - made a number of orders, Benny and the team have all been incredibly responsive, helpful and kept in touch through the ordering / shipping process which is important for me here in the UK. Everything also arrived in perfect condition and faster than expected like...
Sorry to see you’re moving on from the Mach 1, but at least you’ve done some decent mileage, unlike me so far! :)
What, if anything, are you moving on to?

Just my opinion but you could lean further into the GT350 look you've got going on and get some Project 6GR 7s in a squared 19" / 30 offset fitment, and run 285/35 PS4S or Conti SC7s.
I'd avoid 20" for a couple of reasons but that's just me.
Also agree with @MidwayJ that black wheels would...
I think @Charlemagne might be able to help - he's not too far from you and has the OEM HP wheels on his car, so perhaps could give you some pointers as to what he did.
Good choice in wheels, for once our rules here aren't quite as strict! :)

I think just changing rear springs only would affect geometry and balance and probably not in a great way, so not something I'd do myself.
I did an AI search and while I'm not sure every point it listed was valid there was enough to convince me it might not be the best idea! :)
In any case I'd...
The spring rates are slightly different - can't remember the numbers off hand, but as you might expect the HP springs are stiffer, and they are also slightly lower to help close the arch gap a little with the 30 profile tyres.
I did HP springs, HP rear sway bar, HP camber plates and HP wheels/...
I went with the Automotive Authority spare wheel kit for cars with Brembo brakes.
I got it from Nemesis Motorsports (in the UK) shortly after I got my car
https://nemesisuk.com/products/automotive-authority-ppstk-musgt15-kit
I think a lot of our US friends on here use it - that’s how I found...
Congrats on the new car!
I’d probably just keep the original HP wheels after you fit the 350R wheels as a spare set (always handy) or if you wanted to sell the car at a later date.
Did you get the front wheel arch extensions from the selling dealer as well? I couldn’t make them out in the...
We didn’t get the factory HP option over here, but I have not had issues in the two and a half years since I put all the HP parts on my car, if that helps.
I’ve also retained all the original parts so I can put it back to stock if needed, should I decide to sell.

Still here too…
Deposit paid December 2020, delivery in June 2021.
I think it was one of the first batches of Mach 1s in the UK as there were only ~60 registered by the end of Q2 2021.
Still haven’t managed to put that many miles on it yet though!!

Perhaps it’s different on US market cars but on mine the front bumper intake grilles around/under the turn signals are also painted magnetic to match the mirror caps and spoiler or wing, depending on which version you have.
Not sure if that makes a difference to you but it did to me as I think...
That's something I wondered about, but credit to @kb19 who confirmed with Ford Performance that the Magneride tuning adjusts to the HP spring rate if fitted.

I think...
I think I took a similar approach with my car and did it in stages after a year or two of owning it.
I did everything I could to get my car as close as possible to the factory Handling Package spec as it wasn’t available at all over here. (Saying that my Torsen diff is still in a box in the...
On the basis that Ford put the #1 on the Twister Orange Track Attack car I'd say that has to be officially the best Mach 1 colour, right? :D
Gratuitous photo of @Linvx 's car because you can't have enough orange:
Of course I might be a bit biased :)

I've found these work very well.

I've got the three brush kit and and the caliper/spoke brush too.
Might be available elsewhere at a better price but it seemed the best US link I could find.
If you're in the UK...
@2021 Mach 1 here in the UK has a Grabber Blue Metallic Mach 1 with a Carbon Hood (Anderson Composites I think, as well as a load of other carbon bits). Also has a scoop!
This was the best picture I could find but if you have a search around I'm sure I remember others. Not sure if the video...
This for me, 100%.
Oh - and relative rarity of any kind of Mustang here in the UK.
I live ~1 mile from Cambridge Porsche Centre and you can’t move for Taycans, Macans, Cayennes and stuff round here.
All kinds of greyscale luxury dullness!

You’re not wrong - and even if you have owned multiple cars and had them fully maintained at your Porsche Centre that probably won’t be enough either.
Your choice is either to dig deep and buy a load of Macans and cooking 911 models and a Taycan, eat the depreciation and hope to make the cut...
