I'll add another gentlement here used aluminum M5 rivnuts instead of the plastic rivets to make the front splitter easily removable.

How does this make it easier to remove?

@Madtel4 I’m that gentleman, the rivnuts allow you to use machine screws instead of the plastic rivets to hold the lower splitter on and thus make it easy to remove and install. Recently took a long road trip up to PA and NC and I was really glad I didn’t have the lower splitter on.

Thanks very much. Great idea!

Lots of very helpful suggestions. Which I hugely am grateful for. I bought the hard plastic rubber guards; spent a few hours installing them. As a helpful tip, buy the 3M heavy duty double sided tape. The double sided tape that comes with the kit, is very cheap, hard to separate the non stick stick side. That said and done, the lower splitter has a few chips and scrapes from my previous bottoming out. I’m going to order a new Ford OEM lower splitter & tuck it away, while they are still available from Ford. The aftermarket ones I found to be subpar. In Canada, my best Ford dealership ship price is $890. ( regular $1095 )., I ordered the OEM high wing car cover. Don’t know if I can order a set of M1 floor mats. I love this Stang. It is the only EP Stang in my SW Ontario city, a population of 500,000 ppl. As a side note; I checked from East to West, here in Canada and outside of Canada. No aftermarket companies are making metal under belly shields. I know they’d sell like hot cakes. Safe travels my brothers. Enjoy the summer of ā€˜25. Cheers
