How many?

I ordered a Mach 1 a few weeks ago and the Ford dealer said that I was their second order and they assured me that I would get one. I know Ford said that that this is "limited production" but I feel when a car company says something like that, it is just limited to however many orders they get But, does anyone have any ideas how many Mach 1s Ford is going to make?

hi, no help to you sorry but in New Zealand we only got 60 allocated .they sold out in 2 days ! not to arrive until june /july. tom

Not sure how limited it will be. With no GT PP2 and GT350 there is a decent size hole in the line up to fill. The last thing you want to do is leave a gap for the competition.

hi 12 g . when i registered there were 50 and it quickly went to zero available that day. then they extended it and i can't find where i read that they may go to 60. sorry nothing else. tom

A UK dealer has quoted recently that Ford UK are giving the Mustang dealers a 3 car allocation, which would be around 300, maximum. I haven't seen anything to back up these claims, but the would seem to be there or thereabouts.

which sales number crashed after the fist year. 12,000, then 6. We need PP2 sales numbers over the years. Then some fraction of GT350 annual sales (~4-5000). I reckon 12k first year isn't too far off.
